Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival day to Yasuni
Pass By: Yasuni National Park, Yasuni National Park
After your arrival in Coca city, our team will direct you to the entrance of the YASUNI National park. While the guides prepare the kayak gear, you will enjoy a picnic on the riverside. Your first kayaking expedition will be paddling down the gorgeous Tiputini river. Along the way you will enjoy the beautiful landscape full of nature and wildlife. You will have the opportunity to see spot river turtles, monkeys, caiman, toucans, parrots, among other animal species.
After your excursion, you will spend the night at our comfortable campsite in the middle of the jungle.

Day 2: Discover the surroundings of the campsite
Stop At: Yasuni National Park, Yasuni National Park
After your breakfast, you will continue with the kayaking exploration. You will head deeper into the jungle to see how adventures the Amazon can be. On this day you will have new and exciting opportunities to meet more animal species such as the tapirs, swallows, flycatchers, herons, sandpipers and hawks. You will also go hiking to learn about local flora and their medicinal properties. In the late afternoon, you will come back to our campsite and enjoy a delicious local dinner.

Day 3: Kayaking excursion to the Anaconda Lagoon
Stop At: Yasuni National Park, Yasuni National Park
After your breakfast you will start navigating by canoe down the Tiputini river to reach the entrance to the Amarun โ Cocha (Anaconda Lagoon), located in the most pristine forest of the area. If you are lucky, you may be able to see the Anaconda, considered the biggest and most beautiful snake in the world. You will also enjoy breathtaking landscapes with incredible dark and clear waters of the flooded forest. Here you will discover the mythic piranhas, caimans, boas and more. Later you will take the canoe back to the campsite to relax a bit on the hammocks. In the late afternoon you will go on a night exploration to see insects, frogs and possibly more snakes.

Day 4: Educational hike and native community visit
Stop At: Yasuni National Park, Yasuni National Park
In the morning you will take a hike in the forest to learn more about the rich flora of the area. After lunch you will take a canoe ride to a local Kichwa community to learn about their lifestyle, stories and traditions. You will also see how they make their traditional drink called Chicha, in the late afternoon we will take you fishing in the river.

Day 5: Visit to the Clay Lick and return trip to Coca
Stop At: Yasuni National Park, Yasuni National Park
Very early in the morning you will visit the Clay lick, it is one of the best adventures that you will experience in the jungle. You will visit the the Lamederos or Saladeros (parrot clay lick) where big concentration of different species can be found such as parrots, macaws, and few predators. These animals come to eat on the clay, because its enriched ground helps them to digest and detoxify from their main diet's poison. Places like these are unique in the Amazon, they offer a great chance to see a wide range of wildlife species. After this activity, you will make your way back to Coca city.
