En general todo bien, a veces el guía se veía un poco abrumado y al final tuvimos un problema con la maleta, pero eso no tiene que ver con su servicio. La pasamos muy bien, gracias!

Faltó algo de comunicación a la hora de la llegada ya que no nos notificaron quién nos iba a recibir, en qué parte y la persona que nos recibió no hablaba inglés ni español, podrían mejorar en ese aspecto. Lo demás estuvo bien, Para París y Roma los hoteles estaban muy bien ubicados porque contábamos con una estación de metro cercana que nos ayudó a movernos durante la estancia :) y la guía sabía mucho y nos explicaba todo muy bien

Me quedo completamente feliz de elegirlos para tan esperado viaje, todo se realizo conforme a lo planeado, bueno salvo uno de los días que nos cambiaron el itinerario pero no se comprometieron mis planes extras al mismo, los hoteles superaron en la mayoría mis expectativas así como los desayunos incluidos, en general hicieron qué mi experiencia fuera increíble, gracias, espero volver a viajar con ustedes.
