Guide
Local Sherpa Expeditions and Trekking licensed English-speaking trekking guide. Climbing Sherpa from Mera High camp or Khare or Lukla to the summit and back.
Meals
Three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) during the trek. Hygienic meals( Breakfast, Lunch Dinner) with tea and coffee, seasonal fruit, or cane fruits.
Transport
All ground transportation by private car.
Flights
All domestic flights (From Kathmandu - to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu) including airport departure tax and transfers. Khare to Lukla By sharing Helicopter

Accommodation
Tented camp accommodation and all meals at High Camp. (We will provide fully water/wind-proof twin-share tents, dining tents, kitchen gear, dining table, chairs, toilet tents, etc. (1 or 2 nights only). Basic guesthouse accommodation during the trek in mostly twin-share and occasionally dormitory-style rooms per itinerary.

Please be advised that if you need to return early from the trek due to reasons such as sickness, unfavorable weather conditions, personal issues, itinerary modifications, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the following conditions apply: - Any payments made for flights, hotel accommodations, mountain room bookings, meals, and related expenses are nonrefundable. - You will be required to cover the costs of hotel stays, meals, and other expenses in Kathmandu independently. Additionally, please note that during the months of March to May and September to November, all flights will depart from Ramechhap. It will be necessary for you to make a 4-5 hour drive from Kathmandu to Ramechhap in order to catch your flight. Kindly consider these terms and arrangements carefully before commencing your trek.
