A qualified Yoga Instructor shall conduct all the Yoga activities. Your host Sumit Raj Singh is also there to take you around during free hours.

Accommodation

We prefer homestays or boutique hotels to star properties. We personally inspect and check the accommodation units before we recommend them for our tours. They are located away from the madding crowd and are professionally managed by the owners. They are small units but are kept perfectly ok from the point of view of hygiene. Also, they provide homely-cooked local food and use organic ingredients.

Hygieneprotocol

Only those who are fully vaccinated are allowed. All our staff is fully vaccinated. All our vehicles are properly sanitized and drivers are fully vaccinated. Wearing a mask all the time is mandatory.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival Chandigarh
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Arrival Chandigarh

      Inform us about your arrival details before you start from home so that we have enough time to send your car to Chandigarh airport to pick you up. You must fly to Delhi and take a connecting flight/train/taxi to Chandigarh. In case you are planning to stay overnight in Delhi, and you need any help with the travel to Chandigarh, kindly let us know and we shall be able to help. you.


      Welcome to India! You are met by our representative in the arrival area of the airport and drive to Shimla. It is a four hours drive that brings you to this British Himalayan Hill Station. We are going to take you twenty km away from the main town and stay in a house in the wilderness. The house is owned by a writer from Shimla and is designed as a Yoga retreat. 

  • Day 2 Day 2: Shimla
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 2: Shimla

      6 am to 7 am: Get up, freshen up, and arrive at the yoga ground. We start with the warm-up session through which the body comes to its normal position after a long sleep the previous night.

      This is followed by a mild Exercise that includes rotation of joints, breathing, and stretching. This will open up the muscles and increases the flow of blood in veins.


      7 am - 8 am : 

      • Yoga Aasanas, 
      • Standing Aasanas.
      • Sitting Aasanas.
      • Lei Down Aasanas.
      • Sun Salutation.

      9 am onwards : Breakfast, relax.

      1 PM - 2 PM : Lunch

      Your lunch is light and pure vegetarian. 

      After Lunch : Relax.

      4 PM - 4.30 PM : Pranayam

      This is a breathing excercise. You learn how to controle your breath for long.

      4.30 - 6PM : Traatak

      Method of meditation that is done with the help of a candle flame, a dot on the wall or some small object.

      Drive to Kalka Railway Station to catch the Shatabdi Express train to Delhi. In Delhi, you are met and transferred to International Airport to board a flight to your next destination.
