    • 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

      Arrival to Madrid

      Welcome to Spain!

Your adventure begins at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD), where our representative will be waiting for you in the international arrivals area. Transfer to the accommodation so you can leave your belongings, relax a bit after the flight, and get ready to discover the city.

It’s time to immerse yourself in the charm of Madrid de los Austrias, the historic heart of the city. Walk through its streets and discover iconic places such as: Plaza Mayor, the perfect meeting point. Puerta del Sol, home of the famous "Kilómetro Cero." Plaza de Oriente and the Royal Palace, an architectural gem. Sabatini Gardens, perfect for stunning photos. Almudena Cathedral, an essential visit.

🕒 Check-in at the accommodation Starting at 3:00 p.m., you can settle into your accommodation and rest a bit before continuing to explore the most emblematic corners of the city.

Meals: None. Accommodation: Ibis Budget Calle Alcalá or similar.

Choose your preferred rate to select your room type

      -Rate 1-1: Private single room

      -Rate 1-10: Shared double room

      -Rate 2-10: Private double room

Note: We suggest purchasing a flight that departs at least one day before the start date of your adventure. Your service voucher will include two phone numbers. In case you can’t find the transfer provider, the best option is to call those numbers — occasionally, the driver may be in another part of the airport. (They usually wait 60 minutes after landing; if this time is exceeded, an extra fee will be charged and must be paid directly at the destination).

Note: At the beginning of the trip, already on the bus, the guide will ask for a €50 deposit per person. This amount will be returned at the end of the trip, provided there is no damage in the accommodations. In case of any damage, those responsible will be held accountable.

Note: The guide may not be present at the time of your check-in at the hotel.

Important: If you did not book a private room for the entire trip, you will share a room with people of the same gender, or it may be mixed (both genders), depending on availability.
