Welcome to take our Malaysia private tour with daily departure, which can be tailored to meet your individual interests. You will enjoy a more personalized experience as the trip is only for your private party, with no other people.

You’ll be picked up at the airport by an English-speaking driver who holds the board with your names on. If time permits, he/she will take you to have a brief city tour by driving past State Mosque, Tun Mustapha Tower, and City Mosque. If you need, your driver will also leave some time for you to take photos. Then send you to check into the hotel.

Day 2 Tour To Kinabalu National Park

Tour To Kinabalu National Park

Today your driver will take you to the Kinabalu National Park nominated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, where the natural ecology has been well protected. You will hike in the park all day long to get through the rainforest and canopy walkway (If the canopy walkway is closed, you can visit the Tropical Garden instead). You’ll also see a variety of plants on this best Borneo Wildlife tour.

Day 3 Fly To Sandakan, Private Transfer To Sepilok

Fly To Sandakan, Private Transfer To Sepilok

Your diver will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Sandakan in 45 minutes. On arrival, your local driver will pick you up to Sepilok (20 minutes, 17km). After hotel check-in, you’re free during the rest time. Have dinner in the hotel.

Day 4 Visit Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center, Take Boat To Sukau Village

Visit Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center, Take Boat To Sukau Village

We’ll drive to the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center - the largest Orang Utan sanctuary worldwide after hotel pick-up. When arrive, getting to the feeding platform to feed Orang Utans at 10:00am. You’ll also hike through the Tropical Lowland Dipterocarp Forest of Borneo. Then visit the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre.

After that, your driver will take you to jetty in Sandakan, to take a boat to the Lower Kinabatangan River Sanctuary in about 1 hour. You will have lunch at the Abai Jungle Restaurant there. After lunch you’ll have another boat trip to the Sukau Village and start a Borneo Wildlife safari to explore the Kinabatangan River. Upon arrival, check into the lodge. Late afternoon, you’ll take the boat with other travelers to the Menanggul River, where you can see various wild animals along the way. Return to the lodge for dinner after sightseeing.

Day 5 Visit Sukau Village

Visit Sukau Village

In the early morning, you can join the boat trip to the Ox-Bow Lake, searching for early wildlife on the way, and get feel of the Kinabatangan River. After breakfast as you return to the lodge, you will be free. You may appreciate the surrounding landscapes on foot after lunch, too. In the afternoon, you’ll continue the Borneo Wildlife holidays to join the cruise team to search for more wild animals.

Day 6 Transfer To Lahad Datu And Then To Danum Valley

Transfer To Lahad Datu And Then To Danum Valley

After breakfast, we’ll go to Lahad Datu by driving in around 2 hours (128km). Then take 2 hours (97km) more by car to Borneo Rainforest Lodge in the Danum Valley via a gravel road. Check in and have lunch in the lodge.

In the afternoon, you will go hiking in the rainforest here and walk on the canopy walkway to find more wild plants and animals. At night, you can also take an open-air truck to search for nocturnal animals if weather permits.

Day 7 Visit Danum Valley

Visit Danum Valley

Today you will be escorted with the nature guide for a jungle adventure. Firstly, you’ll hike to the Kadaza Ndusun Burial Site to see the hanging coffin. Then head to the View Point to have a bird’s-eye view of the Danum Valley. If the weather allows, you can also stroll around the lodge to see nocturnal animals at night.

Day 8 Fly Back To Kota Kinabalu, Aiport Pick-Up

Fly Back To Kota Kinabalu, Aiport Pick-Up

Your driver will escort you to Lahad Batu Airport for the flight back to Kota Kinabalu. The flight journey is 55 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel surrounded by Rasa Ria Reserve beside the Dalit Beach. You will enjoy two leisurely nights at this hotel to relieve the fatigue of your hiking in the rainforest.
