      Meeting with the local tour guide and begin tour of PALERMO - City where you can find arab domes, baroque churches, art nouveau buildings, neoclassical theaters, and historical markets. We will visit the city center passing by one of the historical market, the Politeama, the magnificent Massimo theater, the Norman Cathedral and the catacombs. Afternoon transfer to hotel, dinner and overnight.

      Erice - Trapani

      Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Erice. Meet your local guide and visit of a village among the most beautiful in Italy. Its history is enhanced by the poet Virgil, who cites Erice in his most famous work, the Aeneid. Perched atop Monte San Giuliano, the wonderfully preserved medieval walled town of Erice offers an opportunity to step back in time at 751 metres above sea-level. Transfer to Trapani and visit the โ€œCity of the Two Seasโ€, Trapani is a port city in Western Sicily. The city centre still bears a Medieval imprint. Among the numerous highlights: the  Annunciation Sanctuary built in Romanesque-Gothic style, the  XVI century โ€œGiudecca Palaceโ€ (Spedaletto) and the Baroque Cathedral and Colleggio church. The tour continues with the visit of the salt pans. The Salina di Trapani, are made up of a series of tanks in which the water evaporates due to solar radiation. In the first tanks, called evaporants, the solution is concentrated, while in the final tank, called salting, the salt is precipitated. The ideal ratio between the evaporating and salting surfaces for the southern Mediterranean climate zone. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

      Day 4: Selinunte - Sciacca - Agrigento

      After breakfast travel to Selinunte, one of Sicilyโ€™s great Greek archaeological sites. The archaeological park incorporates Greek temples, ancient town walls, the ruins of residential and commercial buildings, countryside paths and zones not yet excavated. The visit continues in Sciacca. The city was founded in the 5th century BC as a thermal resort for nearby Selinunte. Afternoon transfer to Agrigento and guided visit of the Valley of the Temples. It is certainly the most important testimony of the ancient, classical culture of Sicily. It brings together the temples of gods goddesses as well as the area of the necropolis and sanctuaries outside the walls. The archaeological area of Agrigento, in Sicily, was included in 1997 in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Evening transfer to hotel dinner and overnight.

      Breakfast at hotel and travel to Rgusa. Join your tour guide and visit one of the most important cities of arts in Italy. Classified as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002 the town was originally built on a small steep-sided hill with deep valleys on three sides separating it from the high plateau Ragusa is in the Monti Iblei, divided up by dry stone walls and incised with ravines. Ragusa has two parts: Ibla (or Ragusa Ibla), the older nucleus on its hilltop, and Ragusa Superiore, the more modern upper town. Afternoon transfer to Noto and guided visit of one one international tourist destination, known for both its historical and architectural heritage - in particular baroque architecture of the 17th and 18th centuries. Because of the importance of its baroque architecture Noto is a listed UNESCO world heritage site. Afternoon transfer to hotel dinner and overnight.

      After breakfast we will go to visit the splendid Syracuse and its Archaeological Park. As one of the oldest cities in the Mediterranean, Syracuse has a wonderful collection of historical sites from both the ancient Greek and Roman time periods. The oldest urban nucleus, however, resides on the little island of Ortygia where we find the Temple of Apollo, the most ancient in Sicily. The remains from the Temple of Athena (5th Century B.C.) were later converted into the Cathedral, while the Temple of Zeus rui culonne (two columns), due to the fact that what is left of the entire structure consists of just two columns. Eveniing transfer to Catania, dinner and overnight stay.

      Breakfast at hotel and transfer to mount ETNA. Join local tour guide and visit the highest active volcano in Europe. You arrive at an altitude of 1.800 meters to see its craters of Mount Silvestri โ€“ Visit to a local winery and wine tasting - Afternoon transfer to Taormina and visit of the city. Pearl of the Sicily and very famous touristic place, it is an obligatory stop for every tourist. Guided visit of Teatro Greco โ€“ Dinner and overnight stay.

      Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Milazzo where we will take the ferry to reach Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian Islands. Vulcano, Lipari, Salina, Panarea, Stromboli, Filicudi and Alicudi, are an archipelago of seven islands. The archipelago, characterized by a wild and uncontaminated nature, also includes two active volcanoes, Stromboli and Vulcano, visited every year by tens of thousands of tourists. It is a naturally sweet DOC wine, also known as Malvasia delle Lipari produced exclusively in the Aeolian Islands. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon return to Milazzo by ferry, and transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight.
