Day 1: Buenos Aires – Arrival and Transfer to Hotel

Welcome to Argentina!

Arrival at Buenos Aires' Ezeiza International Airport (EZE). Meet and greet at the airport and transfer to the designated hotel for check-in (available from 3:00 PM). Free afternoon to rest or explore the city. We suggest visiting the San Telmo neighborhood, known for its bohemian atmosphere and traditional cafés.

Day 2: Buenos Aires City Tour

Good morning!

After breakfast, enjoy a panoramic tour of Buenos Aires’ main attractions: the impressive National Congress, Plaza de Mayo with the Casa Rosada, the Cabildo, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. We will pass by the iconic Teatro Colón, explore the bohemian neighborhood of San Telmo, and make a stop in La Boca with its famous Caminito Street. The tour continues to Palermo and Recoleta, elegant residential areas with museums, parks, and outdoor cafés. Afternoon at leisure.

Optional: Tango dinner-show in the evening.

Day 3: Buenos Aires – El Calafate – Transfer to Hotel

Breakfast. Transfer to the local airport to board a flight to El Calafate. Upon arrival, transfer to the selected hotel. Accommodation.

Recommendations: Wear warm, waterproof, layered clothing; bring gloves, a hat, comfortable shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Day 4: Perito Moreno Glacier

Full-day excursion to the majestic Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the natural wonders of the world. Walk along the viewing balconies facing the glacier, offering close-up views of the ice breaking and the glacier's vastness.

On the way, enjoy views of Lake Argentino and Bahía Redonda. The first 40 km feature Patagonian steppe landscape, then we enter Los Glaciares National Park, dominated by native forest species such as lengas, ñires, and Magellanic coihues.

The trail ends at the walkways, which you may explore freely. The walkways extend about 4 km and include stairways descending to roughly 300 meters from the glacier front.

Day 5: Free Day in El Calafate

Breakfast. Free day to explore or book optional excursions.

Suggestion: Take the "Todo Glaciares" boat tour among giant icebergs and glaciers on Lake Argentino (see EXTRAS for more information).

Day 6: Flight to Ushuaia – End of the World

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.

Day 7: Tierra del Fuego National Park – Visit to the End of the World

Breakfast.

We’ll take a small-group excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park, covering nearly 69,000 hectares. We’ll explore hidden corners of the forest along rarely traveled trails.

We drive along National Route 3 from Ushuaia and stop at a panoramic viewpoint of the Beagle Channel. Then, we enter the park and begin our hike to the Lapataia Lookout. Our tour includes several forest trails.

Suggestion: Add the End of the World Train, a unique experience within the park. The park features mountain ranges that divide it into isolated valleys. Unlike other Andean-Patagonian parks, it has forests close to the sea, stretching 6 km along the Beagle Channel. Optional boat navigation to Isla de Lobos (see EXTRAS for more information).

Day 8: Return to Buenos Aires

Transfer to the airport for the flight back to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.

If you still have time to explore the city, we suggest visiting some hidden gems.

Suggestions: – Walk through Belgrano, a peaceful neighborhood with tree-lined streets and a small Chinatown. – Visit the Costanera Sur Ecological Reserve, a natural haven by the Río de la Plata, perfect for a relaxing stroll and lunch with a river view. – For a cultural experience, visit the MALBA (Latin American Art Museum of Buenos Aires) or the Museum of Decorative Arts. – End the day at a rooftop bar in Colegiales or Villa Crespo, two trendy neighborhoods with a vibrant local food scene.
