Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

A tour representative picks you up at the airport and takes you to the hotel (this service is available throughout this whole day). On the way you possibly get to see the famous square Jamaà el Fena.

Day 2: Marrakech City Tour

After breakfast you start the tour around Marrakech, the pearl of the south of Morocco. You visit the Bay Palaces and the Badi, the tombs, the Menara, and many other hidden treasures. You have lunch in one of the best traditional Morrocan restaurants. Then you go on the tour to the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous market square Djemaa el Fna. This place is full of life at night, filled with local storytellers, snake charmers, and grilled mouthwatering food.

Once the tour ends at 2 pm, you have the rest of the day free.

Day 3: Marrakech- Ait Ben Haddou- Ouarzazate

You leave the hotel to go on the way to the High Atlas, you pass by the Tichka port (2.260m), and continue towards the Ounila Valley to visit the Telouet Kasbah. You rest and eat; then you continue on the road until you get to Ouarzazate, where you visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the movies Astérix & Obelix and Gladiator were filmed here.

Day 4: Ouarzazate- Dades- Todra

In the morning you hit the road towards the Skoura Palm Valley and the Rose Valley, going through the beautiful Dades Valley, and stopping at viewpoints to take pictures. You keep going south until you get to the Todra Valley. Later you arrive to the hotel or riad and rest to go later on a tour around the valley for an hour approximately.

Day 5: Todra – Erfoud – Merzouga

In the morning you visit the famous Throats of Todra and make your way to Erfoud, known for its fossils. Here you stop to visit one of the factories. Then you continue towards the Ziz Valley until you get to Merzouga. You have the rest of the day free to enjoy of the peaceful desert.

Day 6: Merzouga- Erg Chebbi- Merzouga

After having breakfast, you stroll around the Merzouga dunes, visit the Khamlia town (black people town), the Mifiss mines and the desertic plateau; you have tea with the berber nomads and visit the Tissardmine oasis. You get back to the hotel at noon and go later on a tour on the camels to see the sunset at the desert. You enjoy spending the night under a haima at the desert.

Day 7: Merzouga- Rissani- Nkob- Zagora

After your return to Merzouga on the camels, you shower and have breakfast; then you make your way to the first city of the region: Rissani, you visit the famous market and hit the road towards the oasis runway, stopping to take pictures and have tea. Later you arrive to Zagora.

Day 8: Zagora- Marrakech

You have breakfast and leave behind Zagora, you go through the Thousand Palm Tree Valley of the Draa with its beautiful berber typical towns, you stop on the way to take pictures, and then you go through Agdez to cross over the Anti Atlas mountain and go back again to the Red City; you arrive in the afternoon to Marrakech.

Day 9: Marrakech – Airport

The trip ends today, a tour representative drives you to the airport at the time you had agreed before. You take back home all the great memories!
