As we pedal along, the scenery gradually transforms, with lush green fields, winding rivers, and quaint villages dotting the landscape.

      Our destination for the day is the picturesque town of Ben Tre, situated along the banks of the Mekong River. This riverside oasis offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Upon arrival, we check into our riverside resort, where we can relax and soak in the peaceful ambiance.

      During our free time, we have the opportunity to explore the local markets, visit traditional handicraft workshops, or simply stroll along the riverfront, taking in the serene views.       Fueled by a hearty breakfast, we saddle up our bikes and embark on the next leg of our journey. Today, we cycle through the charming towns of Tra Vinh and Vinh Long, immersing ourselves in the vibrant Mekong Delta culture.

      As we pedal along, we witness the daily life of the local people, from farmers tending to their lush rice fields to artisans crafting traditional wares. The winding roads and picturesque landscapes provide a mesmerizing backdrop to our journey, making every kilometer a delight.

      Reaching the bustling city of Can Tho, we check into our riverside hotel, the Ninh Kieu. This modern accommodation offers stunning views of the Hau River, one of the main tributaries of the mighty Mekong. In the evening, we can explore the lively Ninh Kieu Wharf, where vendors sell an array of local delicacies and tourists gather to admire the serene river scenery.

      Waking up to the gentle lapping of the river, we embark on a boat trip to explore the famous Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the largest in the Mekong Delta. Here, we witness a vibrant display of commerce as local farmers and traders barter and exchange their goods from their colorful boats.

      After immersing ourselves in the lively atmosphere of the floating market, we hop back on our bikes and cycle towards Long Xuyen. Along the way, we take in the stunning landscapes, dotted with lush orchards and quaint villages. As we approach Long Xuyen, we divert our route to explore the serene Tra Su Forest, a protected wetland area teeming with diverse flora and fauna.

      Navigating the winding trails on our bikes, we have the opportunity to observe the serene beauty of the mangrove forests and spot a variety of bird species. The peaceful surroundings provide a tranquil respite before we continue our journey to Chau Doc, where we check into our hotel for the night.

      An early transfer takes us to the port in Chau Doc, where we board a speedboat for the trip to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. As we glide across the serene waters, we take in the stunning landscapes, watching the riverbanks and villages pass by. During the journey, we enjoy a delightful brunch, complete with snacks, fresh fruit, and refreshing water.
