Santa Claus Office, located at the heart of the Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi, has been open every single day of the year since 1992. Here you will catch a glimpse of Santaโ€™s secrets. One of his biggest secrets is the Earthโ€™s Rotational Speed Regulator. Santaโ€™s elves will capture your visit with premium quality, and you can purchase the video and photos after the meeting. You are warmly welcome! Open daily and it is free of charge. Santa Claus Main Post Officeยดs cosy atmosphere invites you to sit down and write your greetings from the Arctic Circle to your friends all over the world. The cheerful Postal Elves will post your greetings for you, whether itโ€™s Christmas or the middle of summer! All post will be stamped with the special Arctic Circle postmark. They are a full-service post office, so you can also leave your parcels and other mail with them to be delivered to its destination! By the way: the secret behind the red post box; all letters put in here will held and sent for Christmas.Make friends and relatives happy by ordering a Santa Claus Letter, which will be sent by Santa Claus himself before Christmas.


      Northern Lights Hunting 3 hours

      An enjoyable night in wilderness for aurora hunt.

      We will take you out at the prime time of Auroras, as they are said to be visible most likely at the hours around 21:00 and midnight. For sure you have been wondering what the Auroras are and how come they are visible only in the north. Tonight you will get the answers to all these questions! At our lake-side sighting location you have snowshoes available, in case you wish to walk further out on the frozen lake and have a 360 degrees vision on the sky.

      Husky Farm Visit & Safari

      Pick up time: 10:50 am

      Duration: 3,5 hours (Sledge ride 45 minute)

      A short transfer takes you to the husky farm, where the enthusiastic arctic sled dogs greet you with barking and jumping - as if they were saying, come on, letโ€™s go. Huskies are passionate about running and that is why they are eager to take off with you in their sledge. But first things first: instructions on safety and driving. You and a friend are sharing a team of huskies and can take turns in mushing (driving) and being a passenger.

      The route of 14-18 km (depending on weather and snow conditions as well as driving skills) takes you through an enchanted winter landscape. There will be stops when you can change places as musher and passenger. You will also have some photogenic moments midst the stunning nature and with the beautiful dogs. Once they have ran off some energy, they are calmer and let you enjoy the silent drive.

      Back at the farm we will gather around the camp fire to hear the mushers tell about life with huskies. You will of course also have time to cuddle and pat your newfound friends before it is time to leave the husky farm.

      Snowmobile Safari

      Departure at 11:15

      Duration: 3 hours

      Around Rovaniemi there are 1100 kilometres of tracks to choose from, so there are trails suitable for everyone. Your guide chooses the trails for todayโ€™s adventure and takes you off the beaten track to the woods of Arctic Circle. Regardless of if you are a beginner with snowmobiling or already have some experience, after this safari you will feel you learnt more and hopefully even got more appetite for snowmobiling!

      Reindeer Farm visit and Safari

      Pick up: 10:00

      Duration: 3 hours

      The ride will take place at the local reindeer farm nearby Rovaniemi, where you will meet the real reindeer herders, who will tell you about their way of life hand by hand with nature. There are many great possibilities for taking photos during the safari and tour in the farm; you can also feed the reindeers with their favourite snacks. Warm drinks with buns are served indoors of the farm, while you listen to interesting stories about reindeer herding and wilderness life in Lapland.

      The transfer from Rovaniemi central area takes about 40 minutes one way, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside during the way. Program duration is approximately 3 hours including transfers.

      You will be picked up from your hotel and transfer to Rovaniemi airport. Tour will end at the airport.

      Alternately you can extend your holiday for one more night staying at a glass igloo where you can observe northern lights out of your room if it occurs!
