You should expect to have to wear a face mask when using public transport. Our tour leaders will be on hand and in the know about different regulations in each country that will apply to you, however we would also encourage you to research these yourself before departure.

  • Day 1 Rome
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Rome

      First stop, Rome! Not only one of Italyโ€™s most sought-after destinations, but one of the most important and culturally rich cities the country has to offer. Meet your tour leader and the rest of your group before taking some free time to get to know them. Walk the vibrant Trastevere neighborhood, climbing the hills of Gianicolo Park before the ever-popular Colosseum Pub Crawl that evening. 

      On the morning of Day 2, the included activity will be a trip to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. As you enter the worldโ€™s smallest country and home to the Pope, marvel at the thousands of paintings within the museums, and of course the famous Michaelangelo. In the afternoon, opt for an visit to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, wander around the world class sights and parks around the city, or book onto an optional street food tour with a local guide before leaving the city the next day. Head to the YellowBar in the evening for some drinks and boogie, if youโ€™re up for it!

  • Day 2 Florence

      Florence

      Ah, Florence. Home to intricate architecture, winding streets and mouth-watering steaks, the capital of the Tuscany region does not disappoint. No matter what your interests, this is a city that will have something for you.

      Start your first morning in the city with free time to explore. We recommend strolling Florence Cathedral, Piazza Della Signoria (try to find the Michelangelo face), Ponte Vecchio and the Porcellino Fountain being sure to touch the nose for good luck. Want to kick off your time here with some activities? Book on to optional trips to marvel at the artwork of the Uffizi Museum or simply have a picnic in the charming Boboli Gardens. 

      The next day will be a whimsical tour into the Chianti vineyards where youโ€™ll get to sample some of the regions best wine.  We can guarantee youโ€™ll feel like an Italian wine connoisseur after this. 

      Feeling hungry? Florentine steak is some of the worldโ€™s best. Find your nearest steakhouse and order some whilst youโ€™re here- trust us, you wonโ€™t be disappointed.

  • Day 3 Venice

      Venice

      On to our final Italian destination of the tour- Venice! Known for its twisting waterways, picturesque sunsets, and unique culture, this is one of our most popular destinations- and itโ€™s easy to see why! 

      Spend your first evening here with some free time to walk the Grand Canal. Veniceโ€™s main waterway looks spectacular at night, so why not grab some gelato and spend time watching the lights of the many boats that pass.

      Your first full day begins with some time to hit any of the sights you didnโ€™t get to the evening before. Why not head to St. Markโ€™s Square and take a look at the stunning architecture? Or, wander the twisting canals and waterways that the city is built upon. Feeling creative? You can also do an optional Venetian mask decoration course, making the perfect memento of your time in this incredible city.

      That evening, youโ€™ll take an included tour of the canals on one of the cityโ€™s famous Gondolas. This is a quintessentially Venetian mode of transport and gives a completely different perspective on the city.

      Your final day in the city is completely up to you! Either take the opportunity to chill out and relax, walk out and continue to explore the city or join us for a tour of the Venetian Islands, Murano, Burano and Torcello. Lined with colourful houses and green spaces, weโ€™d highly recommend checking them out! Looking for something to do that evening? Stop at Al Timon to try a Spritz al Bitter or regional wines (Aperitivo Time!)

      Nice

      After a train ride via Milan, youโ€™ll arrive in Nice. One of southern Franceโ€™s most gorgeous destinations, the beaches, food and activities in this city will be sure to blow you away.

      Spend your first night in the city doing one of our optional activities- go on a walking tour of the Nice old town and Castle Hill or head out on a club and bar crawl of one of Franceโ€™s liveliest destinations. 

      The next day is jam-packed with adventure. Start with Scuba Diving in the Mediterranean Sea, getting up close to some of the coastโ€™s stunning sea life. Then, how about taking a trip into neighboring Monaco for the rest of the afternoon? Whether youโ€™re into motorsport, or just curious to see what itโ€™s like, we love Monaco, and weโ€™re sure you will too. If you donโ€™t fancy the trip, we have two optional activities in Nice to choose from- Hire a kayak and spend a bit more time in the water or join the Nice Segway Tour and explore on 2 wheels! End your stay dancing on the tables to live music in Wayneโ€™s bar - what a way to depart the French Riviera!

  • Day 5 Barcelona

      Barcelona

      First stop in your Spainish exploration- Barcelona! Ascend to the skies on the Montjuic Cable Car to get stunning 360 views of Barcelona and the Spanish coastline or catch some rays on city beach- itโ€™s completely up to you!   

      Your included activity will take place on your second day - where youโ€™ll get stuck in and learn how to make perfect, Catalan-style tapas at one of Barcelonaโ€™s top cooking schools. After, why not after take a trip learn the story of one of Spainโ€™s most influential creators at the included Gaudi Museum before walking up through the city to see one of the pieces youโ€™ll have just learned of- Parc Guell. Follow on from that by taking a stroll amongst the beautiful architecture of the Gothic Quarter, going for a sail on a catamaran or cooling off at the beach-front ice bar.

  • Day 6 Seville

      Seville

      The Andalucian captial and one of Spains moved loved cities, your two nights here are bound to rank among the highlights of your entire trip. Fill those stomachs with a few tapas dishes before wandering around decorated and charming, narrow streets โ€“ each offering a different story โ€“ and often more tapas options โ€“ at every turn.

      Take in the rich culture and history on show and make sure you see Real Alcazar, Plaza de Espaรฑa as well as the awe-inspiring catedral - itโ€™s a steep, spiral ramp to the top, but donโ€™t worry, the views are definitely worth it! Once youโ€™re exhausted from exploring this marvelous city, grab a glass of Tinto de Verano and take in an authetic Flamenco show, included in your trip.

      Faro

      From the city of Seville to the soft sand and sunsoaked coast of the Algarve. Here, youโ€™ll have time to relax on the beach and wonder through the Old Town, then stop for a drink at the bustling Irish Bar! The included activity in Faro is a boat trip to the small quiet islands surrounding Faro. Be sure to look out for the flamingos along the way! The rest of the evening is yours to spend it how you wish.

  • Day 8 Lisbon

      Lisbon

      Lisbon has skyrocketed in popularity the past few years- and itโ€™s easy to see why. The Portuguese capital is stunning, with incredible sunsets, bustling shops and incredible nightlife, this is the perfect place to start your time in this amazing country!

      Jump off the train and head to the hostel to drop your bags before getting some free time to wander out and explore. Want to get the most from your Lisbon experience? Take a tour of the cityโ€™s rolling hills on the optional Lisbon Bike Tour, or, later that evening, take a sailing tour on the Tagus River. End the night by visiting a few of the bars around the vibrant Bairro Alto district.

      The next day youโ€™ll experience a land-to-sea tour, we can guarantee you havenโ€™t had one like this before, so get ready! This wraps up around mid-day, and the rest of the time there is yours. End your stay in this unique city by trying some of Portugals traditional dishes, such as Bacalhau.

      Welcome to Porto! Home stately bridges, cobbled streets, hipstery cafes and, of course, port wine! There really is no place better to end your incredible trip through the Mediterraneanโ€™s best.

      Looking to squeeze every drop from your tour? We would too! Book on to an optional city train tour, including a river cruise & wine cellar experience, or just explore this magical city with some free time. Then, climb the Dos Clerigos Tower for stunning views of Portoโ€™s skyline before listening to traditional fado music at one of the cityโ€™s many incredible cafes.

      Finally, join the rest of your group for farewell drinks and say goodbye before you all depart the next day- for now, at least!

      End Of Trip

      Itโ€™s time to head our seperate ways after an incredible few weeks. There are no activities planned for today so you can leave Porto at whatever time suits you - youโ€™ll just need to check out of the hostel by mid-morning.
