  • Day 1 Arrival Nairobi

      Arrival Nairobi

      Touch down at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.  You go through the immigrations and customs motions.  Hallmark Travel Planners representative will be waiting for you, with a paging board bearing your names.  Transfer to Tamarind Tree Hotel for the night. 

  • Day 2 Road Transfer To Masai Mara

      Breakfast at your hotel.  Leave to Kenyaโ€™s most game reserve โ€“ Masai Mara Game Reserve. 

      Offering superb plains scenery, unmatched safari activities and diverse wildlife, Masai Mara National Reserve is considered Kenyaโ€™s best park and one of Africaโ€™s highest wildlife density region for predators. The reserve covers 583 square miles (1510 square kilometers) of outstanding wilderness in southwest Kenya.

      Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Mara. You will leave the lodge with picnic lunches.  Possible activities today include Masai village visit if you like.

      The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plainโ€™s game including the black-maned Lion, Leopard and Cheetah. It also has numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife available in Kenya.  


      The heartland of the Masai, presents a landscape where Africa is laid bare in all its majesty. Here the endless struggle for survival is played out across the vast open plains and riverine forests of this captivating land. Each year the Mara explodes into life, as the annual migration of great herds of wildebeest journey from the Serengeti to fresh pastures in the north. Between July and October the Mara River becomes the setting for the crossing of some 1.3 million animals, bringing with them the inevitable predators and the inevitable dramas.  All meals and overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp.

      Road Transfer Masai Mara To Serengeti

      Early breakfast at your camp in Masai Mara.  Depart with picnic lunch boxes heading for the Kenya โ€“ Tanzania border named Isebania. After about 30 minutes taken going through the immigration and customs motions, you meet your Tanzanian driver guide and continue with the journey into Tanzania. Your Kenyan Driver guide returns to Nairobi.   You expect to arrive  your lodge in western Serengeti in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight Ikoma Wild Camp

  • Day 5 Day 5: Safaris Serengeti

      This morningโ€™s African adventure begins with an exploratory game drive through Tanzaniaโ€™s oldest and most recognized National Park, the Serengeti. This location offers the most expansive game viewing in Tanzania. From predators to prey, great herds of grazing herbivores to tactically cunning packs of carnivores, life on the plains of the Serengeti can best be defined as a complete โ€œcircle of life.โ€


      Spend today searching out Impala, one of Africaโ€™s most beautiful and graceful animals. Previously thought to be part of the gazelle tribe, Impalas have been found to be so different that they are now classified as their own sub-family status. Leopards, cheetah, lions and wild dogs prey on impala. Dinner and overnight at Thorn Tree Tented  Camp.

  • Day 6 Drive Serengeti To Ngorongoro

      Drive Serengeti To Ngorongoro

      Depart after your morning breakfast with your picnic lunch boxes via the Olduvai gorge -   Olduvai Gorge is a site located between in the Great Rift Valley between Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National park. Ol Duvai Gorge holds the earliest evidence of the existence of human ancestors. Paleoanthropologists have found hundreds of fossilized bones and stone tools in the area dating back millions of years, leading them to conclude that humans evolved in Africa. Olduvai is a misspelling of Oldupai, a Maasai word for a wild sisal plant that grows in the area.  where it is believed the cradle of mankind began. 


      After the visit to Ol Duvai Gorge, proceed on to  Ngorongoro Area,checking in at your lodge in the late afternoon. Enjoy the African sunset from the comfort of your lodge. Dinner and overnight at Rhino lodge.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Tour โ€“ Drive To Karatu

      Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Tour โ€“ Drive To Karatu

      Early breakfast at your lodge at Ngorongoro.  Check out of the hotel with picnic lunch boxes for a full day of game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater. Declared a world heritage site in 1978, Ngorongoro is believed to date back to over 2 million years ago and was once a Volcano as large as Mt. Kilimanjaro. We shall descent to the crater floor for a full day of game viewing. The crater is the worldโ€™s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera.Picnic lunch will be at the Crater floor. Members of the โ€œBig Fiveโ€ animals are can be seen here.  In the late afternoon, ascend back to the crater rim and drive to Karatu for the night at Farm of Dreams Lodge. 

  • Day 8 Day 8: Road Transfer To Nairobi - Depart

      Day 8: Road Transfer To Nairobi - Depart

      Late breakfast  at your hotel in Karatu before you check out and being the departure journey back to Nairobi via Arusha and throught Namanga border.  You expect to arrive Nairobi in the late afternoon.
