Itinerary

Group Training

Monday- Saturday 08:00- 10:00 and 16:30- 18:30

+ Accomodation in Standart Room with Air Conditioner

Each group training session starts with a warm up, where you can choose to either skip or run around the gym. After warming up and stretching the class begins. A typical class consists of the following:

Shadow Boxing,

Pad work with a trainer, everyone gets to do pad work in every class,

Bag work,

Technique practice,

Sparring, either Thai sparring or Boxing sparring.

Clinching,

Bag drills,

Strength and conditioning.

We have a small weights area in the gym which people are free to use as part of their training.

Students who are wanting to fight in Thailand or are training for a fight in their home country will be expected to run before every training session.
