      Arrival at the airport and regular shared transfer to accommodation. 

  • Day 2 Montevideo

      Breakfast and pick up for the Montevideo City Tour. 


      You will visit Plaza Independencia where the Puerta de la Ciudadela, the Solรญs Theater, the Executive Tower, the Estรฉvez Palace, the Salvo Palace and the monument to the Uruguayan hero Josรฉ Gervasio Artigas are located. You will walk part of the main avenue (18 de Julio), and then head towards the Legislative Palace (Parliament). You will visit the Montevideo Agricultural Market, which operates inside a historic building and offers a wide variety of native products. Josรฉ Batlle y Ordoรฑez Park will be the next stop on the tour, from where we will see the Centenario Stadium and the Carreta Monument; to continue then towards the Rambla de Pocitos where we will stop at the โ€œMontevideoโ€ Sign. At the end of the walk we will return to the hotel.

      Check out, go on your own to Montevideo Tres Cruces bus terminal and take the public bus to Colonia. Arrival and walk to your accomodation. Check in and free to chill, to walk about the old town or to go to the beach.
