Itinerary

At the 1st day you will depart from Almaty to Cosmostation - Tien-Shan alpine scientific station of cosmic rays and high energies researching, located in the mountains of Trans-Ili Alatau. Upon arrival, you will accommodate in the mountain hut and start your freeride experience in the area of Tourist peak (3954 m.a.s.l.), located in the Big Almaty Spur. After coming back to the mountain hut, you will have a tour around Cosmostation and meeting with researchers who study cosmic particles in their laboratories.
At the 2nd day, after fantastic morning freeride in the area of Turan Peak (3960 m.a.s.l.), you will depart to open-air mountain SPA complex. After enjoying different types of steam rooms and sauna, swimming pools with icy and hot water, you will be transferred to Almaty for overnight in the hotel.
Next 2 days you will spent in traditional Kazakh yurt at Talgar pass (3163 m.a.s.l.), from where you will have backcountry in the nearby area of Shymbulak Mountain Resort (Til’ glacier, Shkol’nik, Chkalov and Edelweiss peak, Fizkul’turnik peak or Pioneer pass).
On the 5th day after backcountry at Karlytau peak in the cirque of Bogdanovich Glacier, you will return to Almaty.
