Flights

As we have travellers from all over the world, flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed. As we specialise in organising the best tours around the world for you, we are unable to advise on flight prices or book flights on your behalf. Insurance

Transport

No transport is included, but our guides will direct you onto public transport so you don’t get lost, just don’t stray too far. We find that no matter how many steins one has consumed, miraculously most of our guests come back safe and sound. Munich’s cheap and easy public transport leaves from the festival and takes you back to the campsite all day everyday.

2pm onwards: Check in, if you arrive early no worries, enjoy a welcome drink at the bar.

2pm-8pm: Get to know your new living quarters, make some new friends, crack a beer!

8pm - 10pm: Massive campsite party begins; the beer and sangria will be flowing and the music will start pumping

11pm: Oktoberfest closes for the night and all those who have lasted the day head back tocampsiteto join the party.
Day 2 Day 2: Munich
12:00 am - 11:59 pm

Day 2: Munich

8am-10am: Hot breakfast to get you all fuelled up for a day of drinking and mayhem at the festival. maybe do some stretches, make a plan for the day.

9am:onwards Guides available to direct you to the Oktoberfest beer halls on public transport in the morning

10am: onwards: Drink delicious Bavarian beer, eat mouth watering beer hall food, listen to the traditional German Oompah music

8pm: Massive campsite party begins; the beer and sangria will be flowing and the music will start pumping

11pm: Oktoberfest closes for the night and all those who have lasted the day head back tocampsiteto join the party.
Day 3 Day 3: Munich

8am-10am: Hot breakfast to kill that first day hang over. enjoy a nice and hot cup of coffee, tea, or another beer (we won’t judge).

9amonwards: Guides direct you into Oktoberfest Lowenbrau tent on public transport in the morning

10amonwards: Get cracking on those 1L steins, sample the ferries wheel sized pretzels, flirt with your fellow festival goers, do, get involved in a traditional German drinking chant.

8pm: Massive campsite party begins; the beer and sangria will be flowing and the music will start pumping

11pm Oktoberfest closes for the night and all those who have lasted the day head back to campsite to join the party.
Day 4 Day 4: Munich

Day 4: Munich

8am-10am: Hot breakfast to get you all fuelled up for the day. Your body has adjusted to this new schedule of drinking and revelry, and you’re ready to smash it on your final day at the beer hall.

9amonwards: Guides direct you into Oktoberfest on public transport in the morning

10amonwards: Tackle those beer halls confidently now, you’re basicallya local.Dance on the table, straight arm skull a whole liter, give the Beermaiden a nice tip, sing loudly arm and arm with a Bavarian native, you’reinvincible!
