A guide will pick you up for city tour in Quito. Start in the colonial center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site home to numerous historic buildings and squares. You will visit Plaza Grande and the beautiful churches of La Compañía and La Basílica.

Afterward, make your way to the Mitad del Mundo (Middle of the World) monument to stand on the line of the equator. Strike a pose with one foot in each hemisphere and see how your balance is affected at latitude zero. Then, enjoy the nearby museums and exhibits, including the Planetarium, the Ethnographic Museum, and the Artisanal Beer Museum. Visit The Intercultural Capital Of Ecuador, Otavalo

The Otavalo market, known locally as the “Plaza de los Ponchos” and “Mercado Centenario”, is one of the largest indigenous markets in Latin America. Famous for its large and colorful indigenous market, it offers a variety of handicrafts: exquisitely woven fabrics, wool ponchos, hats, tapestries, hand-knit sweaters, scarves, carved tagua jewelry, and even Andean musical instruments. It is located in the province of Imbabura in the city of Otavalo. And at a distance of only two hours from the city of Quito, approximately 90 kilometers away.

This destination presents several attractions in the province of Imbabura. You will visit the Quitsato sundial (site where the equatorial line passes through), a viewpoint of the Imbabura Volcano, the Otavalo market, the Peguche Waterfall (beautiful ritual and spiritual site where the inhabitants go to the waterfall for a sacred bath on the eve the of Inti Raymi), take a boat ride on the Cuicocha Lagoon in the Cotacachi-Cayapas Reserve or contemplate the great San Pablo Lake.

Rise early this morning, and head toward Cotopaxi Province, to mount up for an epic horseback ride through Cotopaxi National Park. You will have the opportunity to experience the joy, adrenaline, and nostalgia that our chagras (Ecuadorian cowboys) live day by day while they are working in the high mountains of the Andes.

Cotopaxi National Park is the best place to explore the nature of the Andes and surrounding volcanoes. After climbing 3,280 feet (1,000 m), we will arrive in a different realm, passing the lagoon and watching as the sun shines on the Cotopaxi peak. Keep your eyes peeled for wild horses, rabbits, birds, and deer along the way! Saddle up for a trek of a lifetime, diving into the true heart of adventure.

In the morning, you will drive along the "Avenue of Waterfalls." Driving south from Baños, you will follow the Pastaza River on its way through the valley of the same name. It is a real adventure to be at the farthest point from the center of the earth and close to the sun, experiencing the sensation of walking at altitude.

Travel through the magical landscapes of the Ecuadorian highlands and visit the snow-capped mountain Chimborazo, with its 20,564 feet (6268 m) above sea level. As measured from the center of the Earth, it is the highest mountain on the planet, surpassing the height of Everest by two kilometers. Chimborazo is colloquially known as "the closest point to the Sun."

Here you can start a short hike to reach the Inca’s Face.
