Accommodation

Guest cabins are spread over four decks. All have a shower and wc, satellite television with a channel showing live camera footage from the front of the ship, a hairdryer, safe, intercom telephone. Standard cabins are compact and have a small window. During the day, one bed folds away and the other is converted into a sofa. Newly refurbished deluxe cabins are more spacious and have permanent hotel-style beds that can be configured as twins or doubles. They also have large picture windows that slide open. Wi-Fi on extra payment is available throughout the ship. . The elevator has access to: Upper deck (no stairs), Reception level (no stairs), Middle deck (no stairs for deluxe cabins, short staircase for front cabins). To go to the Main deck you exit on the Main deck level and take a long staircase down. accommodation in a chosen cabin: 1. Standard Twin with a small window on Main deck 2. Standard Twin with a panoramic window on Front deck 3. Deluxe Twin/Double with a semi-French window on Middle deck 4. Day 2: Vienna

Staying all the day in Vienna (till 11PM) and not far from the city-center (about 30 min on tram) you get a great chance to visit the sophisticated Austrian capital city and feel its entire beauty and energy.

Vienna is famous for its elegant architecture, imperial past, opera and classical music and the annual Carnival with its opulent balls.

In the morning we offer bus and walking city-tour with an English-speaking expert guide or you can always enjoy the city on your own. In evening you can plunge into opera world and visit Kursalon before leaving for new cities!

Don’t forget a map at the reception, we always them on the desk and mention the best places to visit in every city during the cruise!

Day 3 Day 3: Durstein And Melk

Day 3: Durstein And Melk

This peaceful day is divided into 2 parts, early in the morning the ship docks in Durnstein where all the passangers have free time.

NB: Do not forget to climb on the ruined Durnstein Castle!

After lunch the ships arrives in Melk. Stift Melk, or Melk Abbey in English is one of the pearls of Austria just waiting to be discovered. The abbey was established in 1089 and houses remains of Austria’s first ruling dynasty, the House of Babenburg. It was also the site of the production of many religious manuscripts. The current facade of the building was constructed in the 1700s in a baroque style.

Full board on board. Early in the morning, we will arrive in Bratislava, capital of Slovakia. Our guided tour will offer you a tour of that imperial city. We will see, among other fascinating places, the National Theater, the Cathedral of San Martín, the Puerta de Miguel, the old town hall and the impressive fortress on top of a rock. In the afternoon, we will leave Bratislava and head towards Budapest. Night on board

Full board on board. After breakfast, we will arrive in Budapest, the capital of Hungary divided by the mighty Danube into two parts: traditional "Buddha" and cosmopolitan "Pest". Our guided tour will take you along wide boulevards to the famous Parliament, the Opera, Heroes’ Square, the Market, the Chain Bridge and the Fisherman’s Bastion with its spectacular views over the city. Full board on board. After breakfast, we will arrive in Esztergom. It is a relevant place in the history of Hungary, as it was the first capital of the Kingdom of Hungary and is where the first King, Stephen I was crowned in 1000. The Basilica of Esztergom is the largest church in Hungary and is The symbol of the city. Inside is the largest organ in Hungary. At lunchtime, we will sail to Vienna. At night, Captain’s dinner. Night on board.
