Goodbye, home and hello, United States! You get on the plane and before you know it, your feet are on American soil! You take the subway or a cab to your hotel.
You check in, but can’t stay inside for long - your curiosity about the megacity is far too great! What better way to get an overview of the metropolis than from above? "The Edge" offers you a breathtaking view of the unmistakable skyline (optional, payable on site). Do you dare to look down through the glass floor? Last destination for today: Times Square, the beating heart of the city. It is shrill, colorful, hectic and loud here at any time of day or night. Neon signs and video screens vie for your attention and you don’t know where to look first!

Are you ready for the urban jungle? Start your city tour early in the morning at the famous Brooklyn Bridge. The view of Manhattan in the light of the rising sun is magical! Fancy breakfast? Be sure to try the bagel creations at Ess-a-Bagel! Well fortified, let yourself drift through Manhattan - literally: take the free ferry to Staten Island, which will take you to the city’s landmark - Lady Liberty. It’s an incredible feeling to stand right in front of this graceful figure. From the ferry, you have a fantastic view of the skyline, whose skyscrapers glitter in the sunlight. Back on land, we head to another must-see: the 9/11 Memorial (optional, payable on site), which commemorates the attacks of September 11, 2001. At Ground Zero, where the Twin Towers once stood, there are now two fountains that make the gap clearly visible. The best place to end the afternoon is Greenwich Village. It is teeming with pretty boutiques, vintage stores and cozy cafés.

A visit to the diner? A must! Start the day with a hearty breakfast at Ellen’s Stardust. The famous Broadway is just around the corner. You might even bump into your favorite movie star here - nothing is impossible in New York! If you are interested in one of the many musicals, be sure to check at the ticket counter to see if tickets are still available. With a bit of luck, you can get a real bargain here! One big highlight is still missing: Central Park! New York’s green lung is a must-see on any trip! And luckily it’s not far away. Here you can escape the urban jungle for a while. With a coffee in hand, make yourself comfortable on a park bench and observe life away from the hustle and bustle before taking a closer look at Midtown Manhattan. In addition to the famous Empire State Building and the Flatiron Building, you’ll also find plenty of food trucks that will make your culinary heart beat faster.

Today it’s time to say goodbye to New York. But not without a walk through one of the most extraordinary parks in the world: the High Line Park! At a height of 9 meters, you can stroll through the green park between skyscrapers. Sounds crazy? It is! Because the park was built on an old elevated railway line. Need some more peace and quiet? Then head to the airport and hop on a plane! It will take you to the legendary Sunshine State!
"Welcome to Miami". With Will Smith’s famous song in your head, you make your way to your hotel. You check in, put your feet up, but after a short while curiosity gets the better of you - time for a first discovery tour of South Beach! The famous palm-fringed Ocean Drive is just a stone’s throw away. True to the motto "see and be seen", stroll between the chic Art Deco buildings and let the salty sea breeze blow around your nose - that’s Miami! Is your stomach growling? Then head to Pink Taco! Ordinary is a thing of the past - here you can try the best and most unusual taco creations and treat yourself to a delicious drink (payable on site). Cheers!

A hearty Cuban breakfast? Definitely! Is this really still Miami or Cuba? When you walk along Calle Ocho, the answer to this question really isn’t easy. Let yourself be carried away by the Cuban way of life in the middle of Miami, discover restaurants, bars and find out which Cuban stars and starlets are immortalized on the street like a walk of fame. By the time you’re standing among the skyscrapers of downtown, sparkling in the sun, you’ll be sure you’re back in Miami. Last spot for today: Wynwood! The streets are littered with graffiti and murals - each one more beautiful than the last! The former warehouses are now home to countless art galleries, breweries and unusual fashion boutiques! There are no end of perfect photo spots here!

What you’ve only seen in movies and series so far is now waiting to be experienced by you. Only a short hop in the air separates you from Beverly Hills and the famous Hollywood Sign. As soon as you’ve dropped your bags off at the hotel, you’re ready to go!
See for yourself how the stars and starlets live in the metropolis on the Pacific coast. Take a detour to Beverly Hills, stroll along the famous Walk of Fame and take a closer look at the more than 2,500 shimmering pink stars on the ground. What should not be missed on an L.A. trip, of course? The famous Hollywood Sign! You can enjoy a perfect view of it at the Griffith Observatory.

After a short flight, you’ll find yourself right in the middle of the "Entertainment Capital of the World". First things first: The heat cries out for you to cool off in the hotel pool. It’s only when the sun goes down that the city comes to life - the neon signs of the casinos transform the city into a sparkling firework display. So it’s high time for an exploratory tour! Stroll along the famous Strip, past the fancy hotels. A photo at the famous "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign? It’s a must! Enjoy the spectacular view of the city? No problem from the Stratosphere Tower or the High Roller Ferris wheel (optional, both payable locally)! Experience the glittering city in all its glory from a dizzying height. Get out into the hustle and bustle! How about a stroll along the canals of Venice or to the Eiffel Tower in Paris? Alternatively, take a trip to ancient Egypt. We are of course talking about the various themed hotels, which are modeled on different countries around the world. Whether it’s the Venetian, the Luxor or the Paris Las Vegas - each hotel takes you into a world of its own! There’s no question that Las Vegas is crazy! And Las Vegas wouldn’t be Las Vegas if there wasn’t a graveyard for the Strip’s discarded neon signs. In the Neon Museum (optional, admission payable on site) there are over 200 old signs to marvel at. Some of them have already been restored and light up again, while all the others are illuminated by spotlights in the evening, reminding visitors of days long gone.

Old neon signs are a reminder of Fremont Street’s heyday - it was once the center of the entertainment industry. It is still home to many well-known casinos, such as the Golden Gate and the Golden Nugget. The covered part of Fremont Street is transformed into a huge party every day from 6 pm with a free light show and several DJs. And who knows - maybe you’ll be drawn to a casino or two. Because: "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!"
