IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFO: South Africa is a big country of 1,219,912 km2 (471,011 sq mi). On this tour you will be travelling an average of 250 km per day. The itinerary is subjected to slight changes according to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. You will be entering malaria areas as well. Besides using mosquito repellent, it is advisable to consult your doctor before you depart. Bring sunblock, a sunhat, walking shoes, binoculars and cameras. Wear comfortable shoes and bring along a jersey or jacket. The groups can range from a min. of 4 people to a max. of 6, we may cancel the tour if group is less than 4 people.

  • Day 1 Cape Town, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, Boulders Beach Penguins

      A trip to Cape Townโ€™s most famous icon: Table Mountain by the Aerial Cableway to take in the natural beauty and stunning views. The first botanical garden in the world to be established (in 1913) to protect local flora, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden in the UNESCO-listed Cape Floral Kingdom follows. Lunch is at an African cuisine restaurant. We journey along the False Bay coastline with Chapmanโ€™s Drive and to Boulders Beach near Simonโ€™s Town, home to one of the few land-based penguin colonies in the world. 3 nights at Cape Town naturist accommodation (or similar), naturist friendly with splendid sea and mountain views. Amenities include a private pool, two outdoor showers, an area for sunbathing, a sauna, a patio with a sea view, which provides a lovely space for getting together.

  • Day 2 Groot Constantia, Cape Point, Wine Farms

      A scrumptious breakfast follows a visit to Cape Point, situated within the Table Mountain National Park, with a section of the park referred to as Cape of Good Hope. A visit to Groot Constantia to taste their export quality wines, and the Spier Wine Farm for chocolate and wine tasting on the banks of the Spier dam concludes a perfect day. More optional activities available.

  • Day 3 Sandy Beach

      Sandy Beach

      You choose the best day out of these three to spend the day on Sandy Beach where naturalists go nude and free. The deep blue Atlantic Ocean shimmering white sands with spectacular mountain and ocean views is a breathtaking experience well worth the trek on a windless day. The secluded cove of Sandy Bay is a long stretch of beaches naturally divided by granite slabs.

  • Day 4 Naturist Clothes-Free Dairy Farm

      Naturist Clothes-Free Dairy Farm

      Moving up the coast, you arrive at a small dairy farm where a naturist clothes-free lifestyle is maintained and where you arrive as strangers and leave as old friends. You will be allowed to participate in farming activities like the milking of cows, etc. A swimming pool and sauna is available, and conversation around a cosy fireplace occurs when it gets colder.

  • Day 5 Cango Caves, Knysna Heads

      A scrumptious breakfast follows a drive to the town of Oudtshoorn in the Karoo with Route 62. This route delivers an unforgettable South African travelling experience. (Lunch en-route) After visiting the Cango Caves for a Heritage Tour, we head down the scenic Outeniqua Pass and onto the green forests and beaches of the Garden Route. You drive to the town of Knysna where you view the Knysna Heads: a pair of sandstone cliffs that separate the Knysna Lagoon from the sea beyond; a famous landmark along the renowned Garden Route and stay here where you have an entire home/apartment for yourself.

      A short drive brings us to enjoy a Featherbed Eco Experience at the Featherbed Nature Reserve, including a Ferry ride, Trail, Nature Walk & Buffet Lunch, or as an alternative, a Paddle Cruiser - to Knysna Heads. We discover the town of Knysna and visit some of the unspoilt beaches (and dinner) in the area. You overnight at the same Knysna accommodation. (or similar)

  • Day 7 Dolphins, Whales When In Season And Seals Watch With Boat Ride, Storms River Suspension Bridge At Tsitsikamma National Park

      Dolphins, Whales When In Season And Seals Watch With Boat Ride, Storms River Suspension Bridge At Tsitsikamma National Park

      Take a boat ride for a โ€œDolphin Encountersโ€ excursion to view dolphins/whales when in season and seals from Plettenberg Bay, and then we drive to the Storms River Suspension Bridge, that hangs over the red-brown waters of the Storms River Mouth, it spans 77 metres and remains one of the most popular tourist attractions of the Tsitsikamma National Park. It hangs just seven metres above the churning waters of the river as it enters the foamy Indian Ocean. The walk is well worth the magnificent views. Birds accompany walkers along the way and there are a number of lookout point and places to have a seat and rest, while enjoying the vistas of the turquoise ocean. You stay the night at a hotel in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), close to the airport for the flight on the following day. (economy flight included)

      After experiencing the best of the Cape Province, you fly to Johannesburg and visit the most important museums in Soweto. (A township located on the South-Western side of Johannesburg. It is home to sites of historical importance; as many of the struggles were fought against the injustices of the apartheid.) You stay at a nearby naturist/nudist resort for 2 nights. (SunEden)

      You enjoy the largest naturist/nudist resort in the country, which borders a Big 5 Game Reserve with entrance just 4km away. A game drive can be arranged on request. Relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and spa area. There is also a well-stocked bar.

  • Day 10 Wildlife Sanctuary And Kruger National Park

      Breakfast follows the drive to a wildlife sanctuary situated on the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park. (Approximately 390 kilometers from here). You stay at naturist accommodation for 3 nights.

      On your way back to Johannesburg, we drive to the spectacular Panorama Route with its beautiful waterfalls, see vistas from Godโ€™s window, the Bourkeโ€™s Luck Potholes and the three rondawels at the Blyde Canyon (largest green canyon in the world). You stay over at a hotel at the OR Tambo International Airport, or take your flight home. (Arrive from 6pm)
