Bangkok city tour- Temples- Great Palace- Free afternoon

After breakfast, you'll head to the bus for a tour along Bangkok’s main avenues, making your first stop in the vibrant Chinatown district. There, you’ll visit Wat Traimit, also known as the Temple of the Golden Buddha, which houses a 5-ton solid gold Buddha statue. This image holds great historical significance, having been hidden for centuries under a layer of plaster to protect it from destruction during wartime.

Next, you'll visit Wat Pho, or the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, home to one of the largest reclining Buddha statues in the world, measuring 46 meters in length. On the soles of its feet, you’ll find an impressive engraving of 108 images representing positive Buddhist actions.

The tour continues to the Grand Palace, a breathtaking complex that is the symbol of the city and the former official residence of the Kings of Thailand from the 18th century until the mid-20th century. The palace is considered one of the most beautiful in the world due to its exquisite architecture, which blends traditional Thai style with Renaissance influences. During your visit, you’ll also explore Wat Phra Kaew, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, the most sacred temple in all of Thailand.

On the way back to the hotel, you will visit the state-owned gemstone factory.

Note: For the visit to the Grand Palace, visitors must wear long pants down to the ankles, shirts with long or elbow-length sleeves, and no low necklines.

On the way back to the hotel, you stop and visit the precious stone factory.

      Bangkok- Floating market- Train market

After having breakfast, you will depart by road to the town of Mae Klong, where you'll witness a fascinating market set up directly on the railway tracks. Here, you may get the chance to see the train pass right through the market while vendors quickly pull back their goods in record time to let it pass (please note that the train's passage is not guaranteed, as its schedule is highly irregular).

From there, you will head to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, located in the Ratchaburi Province, and considered the most important floating market in Thailand. You will arrive at a pier near the market, where you’ll board a motorboat and cruise along the canal network until reaching the market itself. There, you’ll disembark and have free time to walk around, browse local products, and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

After the visit, return to Bangkok and transfer back to your hotel.

      Note: Spanish-speaking guide.

Breakfast. You’ll be picked up at the hotel to begin the journey to Chiang Rai. Our first stop will be at Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple. Unlike any other temple in Thailand, this unique structure is filled with surreal figures and is completely white, symbolizing the purity of Buddha. Even though it remains unfinished, it has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in the country.

Next, we’ll visit an incredible tea plantation, where you’ll have the chance to taste different tea varieties and enjoy lunch in a truly unique setting. After lunch, we’ll head to the stunning Wat Huay Pla Kang, which features a giant Buddha statue, the largest in Northern Thailand.

We’ll then visit the picturesque Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten) before returning to Chiang Mai.

Note: English-speaking guide (Spanish guide is subject to availability). We recommend bringing an umbrella during the rainy season, wearing comfortable and appropriate clothing for visiting temples (shoulders and knees covered), insect repellent, and sunscreen.

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by departure to the Eco Valley Elephant Conservation Center, where you'll spend the day surrounded by elephants in a beautiful natural environment. Eco Valley promotes sustainable tourism that respects and protects the well-being of elephants.

Here, you'll learn about elephant life and anatomy by visiting Thailand’s only museum dedicated entirely to elephant culture. Then, you'll prepare their food using a variety of fruits, vegetables, and sugarcane. Afterward, you'll walk alongside the elephants through the center’s gardens until reaching a small waterfall, where you'll witness how the elephants play in the water — and you may even join them for a refreshing bath.

You’ll also have the chance to participate in one of the center’s most fascinating projects: the production of recycled paper made from elephant dung.

Once the activity is over, you’ll enjoy lunch, followed by a visit to an orchid plantation, where you'll admire the unparalleled beauty of this remarkable flower species. After lunch, return transfer to the hotel and free time for the rest of the afternoon.
