Individual runs on the cross-country ski trails in Leutasch (beginners will be given a short introduction to the skiing technique). Afterwards you are welcome to use the hotelโ€™s own sauna to relax. Day 2: Getting Used To The Snow

We start with the first exercises on the respective techniques (skating / classic). If desired, all participants will be recorded on video on this day. (In the afternoon / evening we can then work out existing technique deficits together). A leisurely lunch stop directly on the cross-country ski trail. The afternoon starts with further methodical technique exercises. Free skiing on the well-prepared trails rounds off the ski day. We pass the time until dinner with a sauna, ski preparation and video analysis.

Day 3: Technical Training And Free Time

In the morning, the focus is once again on technique training in the group. After a refreshment break at the lunch meeting. The afternoon is free to put the newly acquired skills into practice. Numerous flat kilometers of trails offer the ideal conditions for this.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Biathlon Day And Waxing Seminar
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

Day 4: Biathlon Day And Waxing Seminar

Today is all about biathlon. After a short set-up time, 2 biathlon systems (laser technology) will be available for you to practise extensively. We will give you tips on shooting position, breathing and the correct approach to the shooting range. After extensive practicing, we conclude the morning with a fun biathlon (team or individual). The focus here is on having fun - we are already looking forward to the new shooting king. A little refreshment for lunch will give us enough strength to complete a few more kilometers on the cross-country ski trail in the afternoon. From around 3 p.m., our biathlon facilities will once again be available to you at the hotel. Here you can work on your marksmanship once again. Before dinner, there is a short waxing seminar for those interested. Under expert guidance, you can prepare your own skis for the upcoming ski day.

Day 5: Great Ski Tour To The World Cup Town Seefeld

Today we would like to pay a visit to the host town of the 2019 Nordic World Ski Championships. Our ski tour takes us to Seefeld. We have the whole day and will work our way to Seefeld together at a leisurely pace (approx. 15 km on groomed trails). For the sporty runners, there are always opportunities to add a little extra lap. With a bit of luck, we will meet some of the worldโ€™s best Nordic combined skiers in January, as the World Cup traditionally takes place in Seefeld on this weekend. After a short lunch stop in Seefeld, we start the return trip to Leutasch in good time and are back at the hotel in the afternoon.

After a hearty breakfast, we check out of the hotel (it is still possible to drop off things until midday). We see everyone else off for a hopefully relaxed journey home
