Itinerary of your trip Sailing Through The Marvellous Caribbean

  • Day 1 Day 1: Martinique
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Martinique

Departure day and time of arrival in Martinique! We finally meet at the marina between 12 noon and 3 p.m. and check in. But before we spread out comfortably, we have to do some shopping in order to have everything we need on board for the next 14 days. Afterwards we look forward to getting to know each other during dinner in a charming restaurant, where we will plan the route together with the skipperโ€™s know-how.

  • Day 2 Day 2: St. Vincent
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 2: St. Vincent

After a first introduction from the skipper, itโ€™s finally time to cast off! Those who already have some sailing experience can of course sail energetically straight away. The breath-taking nature with the 1467m high volcano on the island of St. Vincent already impresses us from a distance and we notice how we switch off from the daily stress in the beautiful surroundings!  We anchor in a sheltered and beautiful bay on the south side of the island where we spend the night.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Bequia
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 3: Bequia

Well rested after our first day of sailing, we will explore the island of St. Vincent and admire nature in all its beauty. To cool down, we will jump into the turquoise water and rest under the palm trees before continuing our journey. Today we are sailing a shorter route - to Bequia. There we go ashore and stroll through the streets of Port Elisabeth, which are a source of pure joy, with their colourfully painted wooden houses and multitude of palm trees. There we stop at a small restaurant and try their regional delicacies.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Mayreau
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 4: Mayreau

Today we are going to sail a longer distance to the island of Mayreau. It is said to have the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, hard to say with so many to choose from ... but have a look at it yourself! Once we arrive in Mayreau, we end the evening in the bar!

  • Day 5 Day 5: Tobago Cays
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 5: Tobago Cays

The schedule today invites us to spend the day quite relaxed! After a first swim in the morning and a cosy breakfast, we continue for a short sail to the Tobago Cays. Inside the archipelago, we anchor in a lagoon where it is particularly calm. The waves from the Atlantic are kept out by the coral reefs and we enjoy snorkelling underwater, admiring this paradise!

  • Day 6 Day 6: Tobago Cays
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 6: Tobago Cays

Not far from the beautiful Tobago Cays we arrive in the next paradise! Once in Clifton harbour, we walk up to the lookout point and enjoy the view over the bay. After cooking by ourselves for the last few days, we decide to go out for dinner in the lovely little town of Clifton!

  • Day 7 Day 7: Carriacou
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 7: Carriacou

Grenadaโ€™s sister island "Carriacou" is on the agenda today: after a jolly breakfast we sail away until we reach the impressive island. We will end the relaxing day on the yacht by having dinner together and enjoying our favourite drink.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Petit Tabac
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 8: Petit Tabac

After the last few very relaxing days, we feel like some action filled sailing today: We sail a little further to the pirate island Petit Tabac. It is the setting for the film "Pirates of the Caribbean" and is worth a visit!

  • Day 9 Day 9: Tobago Cays
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 9: Tobago Cays

We stay in this area for a while, close to the Tobago Cays. Maybe we feel like entering the beautiful lagoon of the Tobago Cays again and enjoy the evening together with self-cooked food and good music!

  • Day 10 Day 10: Mustique
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 10: Mustique

Today we will sail to an island that is not yet known to us: The island of Mustique. Due to its beauty, it is also a popular place for celebrities. We are looking forward to an island with more vitality and use the evening to let ourselves be pampered again. We will have dinner in a restaurant with a fantastic view over the bay and maybe we will drop by one or two bars on our way to the yacht!

  • Day 11 Day 11: Bequia
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 11: Bequia

"Back to nature and beyond" is the motto of the day: After a very leisurely breakfast, we head over to the island of Bequia with its capital Port Elisabeth. We visit the Whaling Museum, which remembers the many years of whaling in and around the islands. We then sail to the east side of the island to see the Old Hegg Turtle Sanctuary.

  • Day 12 Day 12: St. Vincent
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 12: St. Vincent

Today we head over to St. Vincent where there is an infinite amount to discover. What should we do first is the question: visit the botanical gardens in Kingstown, go up to the old lookout point for a beautiful view of the island and coast, or take the Vermont Nature Trail through the rainforest where exotic birds live? There is an endless variety of things to see throughout the day, that we can then end in a relaxed atmosphere in one of the bars or restaurants!

  • Day 13 Day 13: St. Lucia
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 13: St. Lucia

And if we havenโ€™t seen everything we wanted to, weโ€™ll just use the next day to catch up. After all, we are still on holiday! Today we are going to the nearby island of St. Lucia. Those who havenโ€™t danced yet should finally do so! We enjoy the second last evening with great pleasure on the little terrasse on the back of the yacht.

  • Day 14 Day 14: Martinique
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 14: Martinique

Now the last day of sailing is upon us ... we enjoy it once again to the fullest! With swimming and snorkelling in the morning hours, even before a leisurely breakfast, the day starts quite well! Afterwards, fun sailing on the last stretch to Martinique is on the agenda, so that everyone can show their sailing know-how! Towards the afternoon we enter the port of departure. A wonderful trip comes to an end and we finish it with a last dinner together. The next morning itโ€™s time to say goodbye and hopefully to see you next time!
