In the afternoon, we experience another highlight of our trip: a private boat trip from Copacabana to the mystical Sun Island. On our arrival on Sun Island, our day luggage is taken to the hotel by donkey, while our main luggage remains in Copacabana. Here we have the opportunity to explore the abandoned trains and learn more about their history. We then continue our exploration and drive to the heart of the salt lake, where the breathtaking Incahuasi Cactus Island rises. This island, surrounded by endless white salt, is home to a remarkable variety of giant cacti that can grow up to 10 meters high.
