After breakfast starting to explore the culture and Sicilian kitchen. The itinerary starting with a visit in the Capo Market, the oldest market in Palermo, where you see and taste the famous street food: panelle, arancine, crocchette and pani ca meusa. You admire the little and colour shacks that characterize the richness of fruits, fishes and meet and the personsellers scream to take your attention. After that you’ll visit Palermo that it extends along beautifull tirrenian bay. Founded to the fenicians on 7th and 8th century AC, it was conquered to the Arabics on 831 and there started a great prosperity period. You will be enchanted to the wide boulevards of the city, to the historical center and to the baroque builds... You will visit the main attractions of the city like Norman section, Quattro canti(the four corners in the city), baroque square of Cathedral. In the afternoom, departure for Monreale to visit the beautiful Byzantine-style mosaics depicting scenes from the Old and New Testament. Return in hotel in Palermo. Overnight.

Breakfast in hotel. Pick up by your private driver and transfer Segesta one of the main suggestive place in Sicily.It was built on Barbaro Mountain high 400 m on the level of the sea, by Elimi. Segesta is very important for the Doric Temple and we can find it in the higher part

of the city. This is oriented to the north toward the Gulf of Castellammare. Continue to Erice, a town situated about 1000 meters high, with a view of the archipelago of the Egadi islands. Free lunch. In the afternoon visit the old town and the medieval castle. The day will end with a visit of the salt mines of Marsala, from where we could admire the islands of the Lagoon and the windmills, situated inside a natural reserve of great historical and environmental value. Return in Agrigento. Overnigh in hotel in Agrigento.
Day 4 Day 4: Visit Winery – Sambuca Di Sicilia

Today we leave for Sambuca di Sicilia, to visit the famous Winery, We’ll taste four different wines during a typical Sicilian lunch. After lunch continue to Sambuca di Sicilia, a typical Sicilian village that in 2016 was voted the most beautiful Borgo of Italy "THE VILLAGE OF VILLAGES". In this wonderful destination you can enjoy its historic center with its beautiful walk; the Carmine church built in 1530 but in fact you’ll notice that instead demonstrates a strong fourteenth-century style to get there you have to climb atop a picturesque uphill road between two majestic palm trees. After the visit of Sambuca di Sicilia. Return in hotelin Agrigento. Overnight.
Day 5 Day 5: Agrigento/Borgo Di Sant’Angelo Muxaro/Valle Dei Templi

After breakfast we will travel to reach the hinterland of Agrigento where on the hill in the center of the Platani River it was born little village call Sant’Angelo Muxaro(old Kamikos, famous for Dedalo and Minosse mitos). Our guide will then take us to a bakery to taste biscuits and home made cookies; then we will visit a shepard’s house to taste soft pecorino cheese and ricotta cheese, still warm. This walking itinerary really takes us far from the classic tourist routes.

Here you will meet the local guide thet he shows you the historycal city center and he will support you in the visit of the archeologichal museum, and old bakery (where you cale at the typical food: sfincione, sicilian pizza with pecorino, olive olil, anchovies, onion and oregan). Family lunch in a typical court. After lunch you will come to Agrigento where with a guide you’ll visit the beautifull Temples Valley, Unesco World Heritage, from a wide expanse of almond trees (already in flowers in February) stand the rests of the old Akragas, defined from Pindato

“the best city of mortal”. Here you can admire Giunone Temple, Concordia Temple and Ercole and Zeus Temples. Return in hotel in Agrigento. Overnight.

Following, along the little street of the centre you could see th famous Aretusa mountain, in front of the Big Port. Lunch in restaurant and departure to the close Noto, Barocco Capital in Sicily and UNESCO Heritage. Along its main axis you will admire palaces, chuerches and convents where the main are th Cathedral, Nicolaci Palace, Villadorata and Ducezio Palace. Return in Hotel Area Taormina. Overnight.
Day 8 Day 8: Taormina

Here we visit the greek-Roman amphitheater, Taormina’s Cathedral, the Piccolo Teatro Odeon, the Corvaia Palace and we can take a walk on the Corso Umberto. Afternoon free for shopping and the relax.

During the climb,in maximum security, you can admire the principals point of the pass eruptions discovering the traditional smells and falvours that it born on the sclopes. At the end of the Etna tours we will visit the winery where born a particolar kind of wine thanks to temperature and special volcanic soils, where it grows a particular type of grape. At the maximum height where the temperature have a great buzz among the day and night permit a phenol and aromatic maturation that it is essensial for the colour and flavourof the red grapes and for the aroma in white wines. In the afternoom visit to Catania, the town known for its original baroque style and for its streets built with black lava stone from Mount Etna. Walking tour through via Etnea, the Baroque street “Via Crociferi”, Piazza Duomo with the Cathedral and the “Liotru” statue, symbol of the city. Overnight in hotel Area Taormina.
