      Day 2: Village Circuit From Neustift Via Brixen To The Natzner High Plateau

      Today you will hike from the monastery Neustift to Brixen and through the oldest district Stufels, with its medieval buildings, via Kranebitt to Elvas. This small village surrounded by orchards and vineyards is a great sight, especially at apple blossom time. From Elvas you continue towards Natz with its late Gothic church. Through the village you continue to the wetland SommersรผรŸ, habitat for countless species of amphibians and birds. For lunch, enjoy local delicacies in a local restaurant and hike back to Neustift Monastery via the hamlet of Raas (moderate, approx. 16.5 km, walking time: approx. 5 hrs, +/-450 m altitude gain).       Day 3: Alpine Huts Round Hike In The Villnรถss Valley

      You will take the bus to the Villnรถss Valley and hike from the Zanser Hut in the direction of Tschantschenon to the Adolf Munkelweg at the foot of the Villnรถss Geisler. Enjoy the fantastic view of the imposing Geisler north face and delight in the diverse plant life. You will pass the Glatsch Alm, located below the Geisler group in a clearing, and continue hiking to the Gschnagenhardt Alm, where you will take your lunch break. Then it goes downhill past the Geisleralm and past picturesque alpine meadows to the rustic Dusler Alm and back to the starting point. The journey home is again by local transport and city bus (moderate, approx. 10 km, approx. 4 hrs, +/-470 Hm). (B/A)

      Day 5: Hike To The Sรคben Monastery

      You will take the City Bus from the monastery of Neustift to Bressanone/Brixen, from where you will start your hiking day, which will first take you to the tranquil village of Pinzagen, which rests nestled in the magnificent low mountain landscape of the Pfeffersberg. From there, your path will lead you further via the hamlet of Tรถtschling to the municipality of Feldthurns with the well-known Velthurns Castle. Here you will have a lunch break and after lunch you will continue hiking via the villages of Pedratz and Pardell to the monastery of Sรคben. After a short visit to the monastery church, descend to Klausen and take the train or local bus to Brixen and from there the city bus back to the Neustift monastery (moderate, approx. 16.5 km, approx. 5.5 hrs, +520/-580 hm).       Day 7: Puflatsch Circumnavigation

      Today you will first take the bus to Siusi allo Sciliar to the cable car Alpe di Siusi. The cable car takes you up to Compatsch, where our circular hike begins, with a magnificent view of part of the Dolomites around the Puflatsch mountain. A wide hiking trail leads you towards the northern edge of the almost vertically sloping plateau without any significant incline and offers you a magnificent view of the Rosszรคhne, Langkofel, Plattkofel and the Sella massif. Afterwards, an easy climb, secured with railings, leads you to the highest point of your hike, the Puflatschรผberschreitung at 2,174 m a.s.l. On the way to your well-deserved lunch break, you will pass the Hexenbรคnke, an interesting rock formation that is said to have been chosen by the Schlern witches as a vantage point to have an overview of the surrounding area. The lunch stop is at the Arnika Hut, which will feed you with tasty traditional cuisine and homemade cakes. The return journey is by cable car and bus (easy, approx. 8.5 km, approx. 3 hrs, +/-320 hm). (B/A)
