      Arrival to the river city of the Grand Est region in northeastern France. Nancy is known for its late Baroque and Art Nouveau architecture. Take plenty of time to linger at Place Stanislas in the historic old town and be enchanted by the many ornate palaces and churches. Your bicycles will be delivered to the hotel the next morning.

      You will leave Nancy following the Meurthe river. Already at Custines you will meet the Moselle, which will now accompany you until the end of your tour. Todayโ€™s destination is the town of Pont-รก-Mousson. We recommend a short hike to the village of Mousson, situated high above the Moselle. There you can visit the ruins of the former castle. In Trier you can experience and understand 2000 years of history up close. Certainly a crowning conclusion of the day.
