9x breakfasts are included. FOOD : Meals and Gastronomic Experiences included in this tour can normally meet most of the common dietary restrictions. However, due to the active program of the tour and different menus in each place, satisfying a special diet or food preferences of a particular traveler will depend on circumstances and cannot be fully guaranteed.

7x nights in conveniently located, locally-owned hotels/B&Bs; 2x nights in eco-cabins are included. ACCOMMODATIONS : An exact list of accommodations is sent together with trip notes 2 weeks before the departure date. Most of the accommodations are centrally located, tourist-class, locally-owned properties with private facilities in each room (unless specified in the itinerary). We can arrange pre- and post-tour accommodations but not earlier than 2 weeks before the departure when we send you final trip notes. Transport

Transportation in a private vehicle throughout the tour is included. The vehicle type depends on the group size and may include a car, 7-seater, or minivan.

Post-COVID health & safety Understanding continuously present risks associated with COVID-19 pandemics and willing to keep both travelers & our team healthy, Vibe Adventures introduced internal health & safety guidelines that are enforced on all our tours until such measures are lifted by authorities of each destination and/or pandemic situation gets completely resolved worldwide. Those guidelines are based on official recommendations & protocols from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and among others include the following measures: Education & Training: โ— regular training & education of the staff (Tour Leaders, drivers, crew) and suppliers (accomodations, restaurants, experience providers, etc.) on the importance of COVID-related health & safety measures; โ— promotion of the importance of hand hygiene & other COVID-related health & safety measures to travelers through signage, oral instructions and online materials; โ— contracting only suppliers that responsibly implement COVID-related health & safety protocols recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities. Hand Hygiene: โ— mandatory application of antibacterial gel (70% alcohol) by everyone entering the vehicle that is used for transportation during the tour; โ— implementing mandatory hand-hygiene policy that requires regular scheduled use of hand sanitizer and washing hands with soap by the staff during the tour, especially after touching objects in public areas (e.g. handrails, doors, money, mobile phones, etc.). Masks: โ— mandatory use of a face masks or other protecting items (e.g. scarfs, kerchiefs or bandanas) covering nose, chin & mouth by both travelers & staff in all public areas (especially in confined environments such as public transport, shops, markets, museums, lobbies of hotels etc.); โ— the use of the mask is not mandatory in private areas (e.g. hotel rooms) and while having meals & drinks. Sanitation: โ— mandatory daily sanitation of the vehicles used for transportation of travellers by the staff especially of handles, doors, seats, and other frequently-touched surfaces; โ— use of cleaning and disinfecting products that are approved by local & international health authorities; โ— regular audit of our suppliers on their cleanliness & sanitation protocols. Physical distancing: โ— mandatory social distance of at least 1.5 m (~5 feet) by both travelers & staff throughout the tour. Health assessments: โ— mandatory daily health assessments of all travellers & staff (measuring the body temperature & oral questionnaire on COVID-related symptoms). Logistics DEPARTURE : We will leave our accommodation in Mexico City on Day 3 morning. ARRIVAL : We will arrive in Puerto Escondido on Day 9 around 1 pm. ACTIVITIES : Participation in all activities is optional - just be sure to be in time for departures. Both walking tours (>2h, normally in historic centers of bigger cities) and orientation walks ( ยญ Notes PHYSICAL CONDITION : This tour involves a decent amount of hiking & walking. Therefore, travelers should have at least moderate physical fitness condition. WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU : Comfortable clothes & (preferably hiking) shoes; swimming suit & slippers; a smaller backpack for daily tours; hat/cap, sunglasses & sunscreen; travel insurance; good mood & curiosity. PRICING : The price of the tour/person depends on the number of travelers & room option you choose.

Transportation from/to your place of origin, airport pick-up & drop-off, other activities & meals, travel insurance, personal expenses, and tips are not included.

Travel insurance is not included. Having travel insurance that is valid throughout the tour is obligatory, so please acquire one before your trip.

      Bienvenidos a la Ciudad de Mexico - the largest city in Latin America where ancient and modern coexist harmoniously. Arrive at any time before meeting your group and Tour Leader in the evening at 6 pm: welcome meeting and dinner in one of the local restaurants.

      Firstly, in the morning, head to the colonial city of Cuernavaca visiting El Salto de San Antรณn waterfall and Teopanzolco Archeological Zone on your way. Once there, have a walking tour of the Historic Center of the city and visit its main attractions. Afterward, following an optional lunch, go to the "Magical Town" of Tepoztlan. There, we will hike to Tepozteco. This unique archeological zone on top of the hill is famous for its temple of Tepoztฤ“catl, the Aztec god of pulque. Later, we will explore the Historic Center of the town, and try some of the most typical regional dishes in a municipal market and famous local ice cream. Check-in, optional dinner, and get-together with the group in one of the local restaurants.

      In the morning, go to explore the history and nowadays of Ex-Hacienda de Apanquetzalco. Afterward, move to Cuautla - a regional center famous for its rich war history and revolutionary leader Emiliano Zapata who was born here. After a walking tour of the Historic Center of Cuautla, a visit to the local railways museum, and the nearby house-museum of Zapata, we will transfer to Zacualpan. This little town is famous for its coffee and aguardiente (alcoholic beverage from sugar cane similar to rum) traditions -  we will see both of them. Finally, we will arrive at our accommodation in Atotonilco - a small village famous for its numerous hot springs. Check-in, relaxation in thermal springs in our accommodation, optional dinner, and get-together in one of the local restaurants.

      Start your morning exploring Chalcatzingo Archaeological Zone - see its impressive 2000-year-old structures and unique carvings. Then, transfer to ancient 400-year-old Ex-Convento De Santo Domingo De Guzman in Izucar de Matamoros. After a guided visit to the convent, an orientation walk of the town, and a Market Food Experience, head to Destileria Ayutla. Once there, have a factory tour learning about the process and tasting some of its main products - whiskey, gin, vodka, and beers. Afterward, move to the final destination of the day - the colonial town Huajuapan de Leon. Check-in, walking tour of the Historic Center, optional dinner, and get-together with the group in one of the local restaurants.

      Start your day with a Market Food Experience in Huajuapan de Leรณn. Then, continue your Oaxaca tour by hiking off the beaten path to Reserva Natural El Boqueron with a photo stop at Presa de San Francisco Yosocuta. In El Boqueron, have a spectacular hike along the steep walls of the canyon, followed by an optional swim in a crystal-clear mountainous river. Afterward, following an optional lunch, swim in a spectacular Laguna Encantada and walk through the hidden San Miguel Caves. Finally, by the evening, arrive at Putla Villa de Guerrero - the municipality center that serves as a commercial center for the Mixtecs, Amuzgos, Chatinos, and other indigenous people who live in the area. Check-in, an orientation walk of the Historic Center, optional dinner, and get-together with the group in one of the local restaurants.

      After breakfast, enjoy a local river beach near Putla Villa de Guerrero and natural hot springs in Atotonilco village. Afterward, continue to Pinotepa Nacional - the center of one of a few Afro-Mexican areas of the country: Market Food Experience and orientation walk of the center. Thereafter, move to Lagunas de Chacahua National Park. There, visit a local beach where hundreds of turtles come every year to lay eggs, enjoy the view from an abandoned lighthouse, and see the sunset from one of the huge rocks. Check-in, optional dinner, and night bioluminescence boat tour to one of the local lagoons.

After sunset, transfer to our accommodation in Zicatela Beach, check in, optional farewell dinner, and get together with the group in one of the local bars.
