      Coffee is the main export product of Nicaragua and represents a social and economic event that involves a large part of the Nicaraguan population. We invite you to know the complete process and all the social aspects that lie behind a delicious cup of coffee, from the plantation to your table.

      First visit a farm where you can participate in the collection, pulping, washing and fermentation of coffee and in the afternoon we will take you to the Dry Benefit where the industrial part of the process is carried out until the quality control in the tasting laboratory. Behind a cup of coffee there is a lot of work and ancestral knowledge, a lot of investment, processes, technology, suffering, crisis, but also a lot of culture and tradition.

      The city of Esteli nicknamed the โ€œDiamante de las Segoviasโ€ offers a pleasant place. Many buildings in Estelรƒ are covered with interesting and colorful murals that can be admired by strolling through the deserted streets. The city also has much to offer historically; During the Cuban Revolution, the area served as a refuge for Cuban cigar makers and the cigar culture is still present today. We will visit the most important sites of the city, we will know the complete process of the tobacco, from the plantations to the manufacture of prestigious export cigars.

      Later we will go up to the Tisey โ€“ Estanzuela Nature Reserve, where we will have a delicious climate and an environment of pure nature. We will visit the Garnacha, a united community producing different types of cheese and non-traditional organic vegetables, also the El Jalacate farm, where don Alberto Gutiรฉrrez, a born sculptor, has turned each stone into a work of art, we will enjoy trails through the forest, impressive viewpoints characteristic of this reserve and of course the jump La Estanzuela, a natural sanctuary ideal for swimming.

      The Somoto Canyon, one of the oldest rock formations in Central America, has recently become one of the main destinations in the North of Nicaragua. About 15 kilometers west of the city of Somoto, departmental capital of Madriz, is this amazing geological structure, which locals also know as โ€œLa Estrechuraโ€ or โ€œNamancambreโ€. It is a channel of high vertical walls that extends for approximately five kilometers, in a winding path whose width varies between 10 and 15 meters. In this run the waters coming from the Comalรญ (from Honduras) and Tapacalรญ rivers, which join to form the extensive Coco River. In its stony ground, the calm current is interrupted by rocky formations that give rise to seven or eight pools with semi-stagnant waters, creating an environment full of life, with plants and fish.


      We are going to walk the canyon taking a walk. You will also have the opportunity to take a refreshing bath. Continuing along the river, in addition to appreciating its scenic beauty, the place allows several activities. You can walk along a stretch, on the polished rock floor, at the edge of the water and between the high walls. You can also go about 300 meters from the canyon in small boats that the locals have arranged to facilitate access. For more entertainment, another activity is to walk the water course on in-car truck tires, which visitors can use as aquatic otters. For more active travelers, it is also possible to practice rappelling on some of the walls that reach up to 60 meters in height. This technique of vertical descent with harnesses is one of the possible adventure sports in this place.

What is Sandboarding: an extreme sport that consists in descending the black sand slopes of the active volcano with a board, for this activity you will use protective equipment to guarantee your safety and to enjoy this unforgettable experience to the fullest.


      Cerro Negro is the youngest volcano in Central America, located in the department of Leรณn, besides being one of the most active. With 700 meters high and descend it in 5 minutes At 70 kilometers per hour! The adventure begins in an hourโ€™s walk to the top of Cerro Negro Volcano. The ascent can be a bit difficult due to the loose stones and inclination. Frequent stops are made to provide information about the volcano. Before going to the side more inclined to make the descent, you can practice inside the crater. Once at the top, enjoy the panoramic view and the unique landscape of this volcano; Then prepare to make your heart beat a thousand. After receiving the final orientations you can slide downhill until you reach the base of Cerro Negro. The last eruption of 1999, and is the most active in Nicaragua.       The Cathedral of Leรณn is the largest colonial religious building in Central America. The remains of the immortal and internationally known poet Rubรฉn Darรญo still rest here. 

      Enjoy a visit to the Rubรฉn Darรญo Museum, Leรณn Cathedral, and several other important sites. We will end our tour with a walk through the hot springs of San Jacinto, a place where the hot water vapor and the gases of bubbles through the mud of the depths of the Telica Volcano; The field is not large, but it is interesting as it is hot to walk to see the different holes that vary in size and color

      We will visit the Mirador de Catarina that offers impressive views of the Apoyo Lagoon and its surroundings, and a place to take panoramic photos without forgetting that you can find the best crafts in the neighboring town of San Juan de Oriente. After enjoying the views of the Apoyo Lagoon, we will visit the crafts market of the city of Masaya.


      We will go to the exuberant Masaya Volcano National Park, established in 1979 as the first national park in the country. 54 square kilometers of the park include two volcanoes, Nindirรญ and Masaya.


      At dusk, we will admire the majestic crater of the erupting Masaya volcano. We will climb by vehicle to the crater itself to enjoy the impressive view into the crater. Watching the lava at night is a pure spectacle!

      Granada is known as the oldest city in America, it remains in the same motives of its original foundation built in 1524 by the Spanish captain Francisco Hernรกndez de Cรณrdoba. Although the city was overwhelmed by pirates, destroyed during the civil wars and set afire by American filibuster William Walker in 1856, Granada remains today one of the most beautiful cities in Nicaragua. You can visit interesting places and appreciate the beautiful architecture of the city.

      Pacific beach of San Juan del Sur. Our first stop is the statue of Jesus of Mercy, located on the top of the highest hill of the bay and built in 2008. From there you have a beautiful panoramic view of San Juan del Sur and its surroundings.
