      Then we continue to explore the city by walking trip โ€œAncient Kyiv and Podilโ€ โ€“ historic Kyiv close up.

      The Podil is not only an administrative district of Kyiv, but a living history of Kyiv, its legend. It is the most ancient settlement in these areas. Plunge into the atmosphere of the Podil, visit the trade fair, come to see local shops, famous temples and the unique monuments of Ukrainian Baroque.

      In free time, we suggest you visit the Museum of Ukrainian Nation Making.

      This is a state-of-the-art museum where you can get acquainted with the history of Ukraine from ancient times till the present. Museum expositions are located on the safe level which is used as a shelter. The first innovative museum of Ukrainian history, where the past is combined with modern technologies. 

      It will take you only 1,5-2 hours to get acquainted with the centuries-old history of the Ukrainian nation. You will see 25 exhibits featuring historic scenes with absolutely realistic 3D figures of national heroes โ€” kings, hetmans, military leaders, scholars, artists and sportsmen.

      Each installation has interactive audio and video content as well as special effects that immerse the visitor into the atmosphere of the respective era and, of course, media โ€“ guides in 8 languages.

      - the park called Dobropark that had been badly damaged during the russian occupation, but has been restored by now

      - the trip to six Banksyโ€™s works

      - the ostrich or mushroom farms - the businesses which survived the russian invasion

      - the trip to historical places: from ancient to modern times.
