      Breakfast. Free Day with the possibility of optionally taking a full-day visit to the magnificent city of Istanbul, visiting the historical part of the Basilica of Saint Sophia, the culmination of Byzantine art, and the pearl of Istanbul. We will also visit the famous Topkapi Palace, residence of the Ottoman sultans for four centuries, including the treasury and sacred relics. At noon we will enjoy a typical lunch in a local restaurant in the Sultanahmet area and we will continue with the visit to the Blue Mosque, a prodigy of harmony, proportion and elegance; and to the hippodrome that preserves the obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, the fountain of Emperor William and the Egyptian obelisk. At the end of the afternoon we will visit the famous Grand Bazaar, where we will enjoy free time to get lost among its four thousand shops. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

      Breakfast. Next, we will take a boat ride on the Bosphorus, which separates the city of Istanbul into two continents. During this journey we will see the Sultansโ€™ palaces, old and typical wooden houses and we will enjoy history in a different way. Next, we will make one of the star visits, the Spice Bazaar, established by the Ottomans 5 centuries ago and used since then. Rest of the day at leisure with the possibility of optionally taking an excursion to the mosque of Sultan Sรผleyman the Magnificent, which is located on top of Eminonu Hill. At midday we will enjoy lunch and, once finished, we will go to the Bosphorus Bridge to visit the Beylerbey Palace, a palace from the Ottoman era that is located on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus and that, unlike the rest of the Ottoman palaces, , still has all its decoration preserved. Next, we will visit ร‡amlica Hill, which is the highest hill in Istanbul, which is also located on the Asian bank of the Bosphorus. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

      Breakfast. At the indicated time transfer to the high-speed train station to travel to the city of Ankara. On the way you will see a panoramic view of Sapanca Lake, one of the most touristic lakes and at the same time close to the city of Istanbul. We can also enjoy views of the Bolu Mountains, which are part of a small city of the same name, which is located about two hours east of Istanbul. Later, we will pass through the city of EskiลŸehir, a city mostly known for its universities.

      To finish this train trip we arrive in Ankara, the political capital of Turkey and the second largest city in the country. Upon arrival, transfer to our hotel, dinner and accommodation.

      Breakfast. Departure to the Mausoleum of Atatรผrk, founder of the Turkish Republic and whose name means the father of the Turks. Next, visit Ankara Citadel and Ankara Castle (Ankara Kalesi), which is located on the top of a hill overlooking the old town of Ankara. This also known as the Ankara Citadel (Hisar), is the most imposing monument in the

      city. Framed by fortifications from the 7th and 9th centuries, its streets are flanked by wooden-beamed Ottoman houses and restaurants and topped by walls that offer spectacular views of the city. Afterwards, we continue to the Hamamรถnรผ neighborhood, a very famous old neighborhood in the city of Ankara that is known for its old houses with Sellucid and Ottoman style. Leaving Ankara behind, we continue towards Cappadocia and, on the way, we pass by the Salt Lake, the second largest lake in Turkey, which produces more than half of the salt consumed in Turkey.

      To finish todayโ€™s route, arrival at the hotel, dinner and accommodation.

      Breakfast at the hotel. Optionally, we recommend enjoying a spectacular hot air balloon ride at sunrise. Departure to visit this fantastic region, where San Jorge was born, with its fascinating and original landscape, formed 3 million years ago by lava thrown from the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes. Visit of the numerous monasteries and chapels of Gรถreme, excavated in the rocks

      houses and decorated with frescoes. We will make a stop at a carpet and kilim workshop. We will also pass through the Gรผvercinlik (dovecote) valley and admire a wonderful panoramic view of the Uchisar castle, located on top of a promontory of volcanic rock pierced by tunnels and windows. At the end we will make a stop at an establishment where they make and sell artisanal decorative products, typical stones and Cappadocian jewelry. At night, we can optionally attend a Turkish folk dance show.
