  • Day 1 Arrival

      Your driver will be waiting for you after customs and transfer to Antigua Guatemala located 75 min south of the capital. Rest of the day is at leisure

  • Day 2 Explore Antigua Guatemala

      Explore Antigua Guatemala

      Breakfast.   Enjoy a free day in Antigua Guatemala, this town was the Capital of all Central America until independence on 15 Sep 1821. Today is a UNESCO World Heritage site, with many well-preserved colonial buildings, markets,  restaurants, and more.  You can request a guided tour of this town or its Surroundings.

  • Day 3 Chichicastenango And Panajachel

      Chichicastenango And Panajachel

      You can enjoy an optional tour to Chichicastenango and Panajachel. ยญ 

      Weโ€™ll visit the famous Chichicastenango Market, where weโ€™ll get to know the indigenous culture of the region. The market sells all kinds of products: from fresh locally grown produce and homemade delicacies to intricately handmade crafts.

      Next, weโ€™ll visit the Church of Santo Tomรกs, the focal point of the town: this 16th century church was built atop a pre-Columbian temple platform, and the original Mayan steps remain in use by indigenous priests. After exploring Chichicastenango, youโ€™ll have time to eat lunch (not included).

      With renewed energy, weโ€™ll make our way to Panajachel, the largest town located on the shores of Lake Atitlan, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. The views of the volcanoes behind the lake are truly captivating.

      At the end of an excellent day of sightseeing, weโ€™ll make our way back to Antigua Guatemala.

  • Day 4 Antigua - Santa Ana

      Antigua - Santa Ana

      430am early morning transfer to  Guatemala city to board the deluxe bus to Santa Ana,  El Salvador arrive at Santa Ana bus station at approx 10am, your guide will be waiting and take you for a panoramic visit of el Salvadorโ€™s second-largest city, free time to lunch. During the afternoon  We will visit the town of chalchuapa and the largest pyramid in the country  Tazumal, the ruins of Casablanca, and the town of Chalchuapa. Ending Our day in Ataco.

  • Day 5 Ataco

      Ataco

      10 am your guide will take you to the coffee process plant of El Carmen where you will see how is processed some of the best coffee in the country and taste it.  During the afternoon your guide will take you to the thermal waters to relax in any of the pools of the resort.   Return to Ataco.

  • Day 6 Cerro Verde

      820am  Depart from Ataco to visit  Cerro Verde national park where you will have the chance to walk around the rim of an extinct volcano now covered by vegetation and with amazing views of Coatepeque lake, Izalco volcano, and Santa Ana Volcano.   Onr route you will drive Thru salcoatitan part of Ruta de las Flores.   During the afternoon you will visit Joya de Ceren.

      Joya de Ceren is the only Maya village in the world, it was preserved by layers of ash from a nearby volcano and discovered by accident in 1977.    You will arrive to San Salvador at the end of the afternoon.

  • Day 7 Discover The Capital

      Discover The Capital

      Morning visit of the capital san Salvador, residential areas, Plaza Salvador del Mundo,  downtown, see the famous El Rosario church,  visit monsignor Romero, relief map.  free time to lunch overlooking the capital,   your choice between the popular mercadillo ( a market with all local flavors ),  or more panoramic as the rainbow slide overlooking the capital or La Pampa.  After the visit, the Boqueron national park located on top of the San Salvador volcano, see the crater from the last explosion and enjoy the fresh air of the mountain and the views of the valley. The tour ends at your hotel or the National Museum ( admission not included )

  • Day 8 Time To Say Good Bye

      Time To Say Good Bye

      Breakfast.  Transfer to the airport, for the afternoon flight you can request a transfer to the airport with a stop for lunch overlooking the ocean at the fisherman wharf at la Libertad for  $ 10 per person paid directly to the driver.
