      Arrive in Guatemala City at any time. Take the free airport shuttle bus from the airport to your hotel Las Americas (4star). The rest of the day is for you to relax. 

      Guide will contact hotel room after your arrival.

      Antigua is a small city surrounded by volcanoes that is located in southern Guatemala. It is known for its Spanish colonial buildings, many of which were renovated after the 1773 earthquake that ended the 200-year reign of Antigua as the colonial capital of Guatemala. Among the architectural monuments highlights the squat baroque church of La Merced. White and yellow, which is an integral part of the cityโ€™s famous Holy Week, during which parades and rituals are organized. Visit to La Merced church called Del Arco main squared palace, cathedral, coca tour, jade factory and souvenir market. 


  • Day 3 Day 3: Chichicastenango (Breakfast)

      Free day today. We encourage you to sign up for an optional tour to Chichicastenango.  (USD$70/person, paid locally) Picked up from hotel and transfer to Lake Atitlan, one of the most beautiful lake in the world. We will make a panoramic visit from EL Mirador, San Jorge. Atitlan is the ideal place to get in direct contact with Guatemalan folklore. Twelve indigenous peoples surround the lake. Its inhabitants are descendants of the QUICHES, Cackchiqueles and Tzutuhiles. Continue to Chichicastenango, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch at Hotel Mayan Inn. After Lunch, we will visit the largest and most picturesque indigenous market held outdoors. Hundreds of indigenous people arrive from different surrounding villages to sell and exchange their products. You can also admire the religious ceremonies that take place inside and outside the Santo Tomas Church, which is over 400 years old (notes: shorts or swimsuits are NOT allowed, nor is it allowed to TAKE ANY CLASS OF PHOTOGRAPHS INSIDE THE CHURCH). In the afternoon, we will return back to Guatemala City.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Guatemala City โ€“ El Salvador (Breakfast)

      After breakfast, you are free to relax at your hotel in the morning.  At 3:30pm, we will take the first class air-conditioned bus from Guatemala into EL Salvador. Snack on board.

      Upon arrival, your local tour guide will meet you and transfer to Barcelo Hotel (5 star)


  • Day 5 Day 5: El Salvador โ€“ Ataco (Breakfast)

      A full day tour to Volcanoes national park, Izalco and visit local coffee farmland.  After breakfast, we will departure from our hotel at 8am, we will travel to east of the country to EL Cerro Verde National park, where we will have views of the pacific ocean and volcano complex, we will take a 45 minutes walk around the crater of the Cerro Verde with an evergreen tropical forest and learn of its history with its last eruption 25,000 years ago which makes it an inactive volcano, we will have views of the Izalco volcano called the Pacific lighthouse and the Ilamatepec volcano and a spectacular view of lake Coatepeque. We will continue to the coffee route on this excursion your will have the opportunity to visit with typical villages of EL Salvador. 

      Nahuizalco with its typical indigenous market; Salcoatitan, an artistic village with a relaxed atmosphere, we will also visit the coffee processing center. Stay overnight here at Ataco.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Ataco โ€“ Copan, Honduras โ€“ El Salvador (Breakfast)

      We will departure at 5am this morning, and cross the boarder to Honduras and visit the most famous Copan Ruins. Discover Copan, the most important Mayan city in Honduras, visit in one trip the archaeological sites declared World Heritage by UNESCO. Walk through temples, Palaces, squares and other structures in the Mayan center of Copan, it is a great trip for history and archeology lovers.   We will get back to San Salvador and check in to Barcelo hotel at late afternoon.
