      After a short drive to Quinta do Lago, follow the flaming torches alley and be welcomed at Conrad Algarve, modelled on an 18th century Portuguese palace made with stunning marble and designed on Moorish themes with striking interior designs, emphasising light, fire and water.

Itโ€™s time to play with your foodโ€” from spherification to foams to modern platings, you will be surprised by how easy it is to replicate haute cuisine at home. Take local knowledge from the stars to use at your next dinner party and wow.

      Your class will end with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings.  You will gather around a hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.
