      Arrival in Negombo Welcome to the Pearl of the Indian Ocean! You will be greeted by our Sri Lankan representative at Airport and will be guided you to the Car via the VIP Silk Route at the BIA which is a fast and easy way to exit the airport. Travel to Negombo which is about 20 Minutesโ€™ drive and arrive at your overnight stay boutique hotel. Check-in and relax your day after a long flight. Negombo is a popular location for Sea Food so you can explore the city in the evening to taste some Fresh seafood and sip a Beer or you can relax at the hotel facing the Negombo lagoon.       Travel to the Cultural Triangle Today you will start to explore the real Sri Lanka by entering into the Cultural Triangle which is located in the North Central and Central of Sri Lanka. On the way you will pass by many Paddy fields and ancient man-made Lakes/Reservoirs. If you like we can make a few stops on the way to experience few Sri Lankan style activities. You will feel the diversity of Sri Lanka when entering the Cultural triangle moving away from the busy city life. Today afternoon you will have a visit to Dambulla Rock Temple which is a UNESCO World Heritage site which was built in the 01st B.C. The cave temple consists of Five caves with painted walls and ceilings which have more than 150 images of Buddha. Then you will come back to a village home and taste an authentic village cuisine prepared by the farmer. After Lunch you will enjoy a Game Drive at Minneriya National park or Kaudulla National Park depending where the Elephants gather the most.
