      Indipendent arrival at  the  hotel  in the  charming  city  of  Catania  (private  transfer  available  on  request). Day at leisure to enjoy Catania city center. Overnight stay.

  • Day 2 Day 2: (Sunday): Syracuse - Noto - Ragusa

      Day 2: (Sunday): Syracuse - Noto - Ragusa

      Breakfast in the hotel and departure for Syracuse to visit the largest and most powerful Greek colony in Sicily: the Archaeological Park of Neapolis. Visit of the old town center of Ortigia, with its stunning Piazza Duomo and Cathedral. Proceed to Noto, the capital of Sicilian baroque also called the "stone garden", full of beautiful buildings and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. A walk through the streets of the center to admire the skill and ingenious creativity of local craftsmen. Notoโ€™s baroque architecture is a plethora of elegant curves, floral weaves, perspective views, palaces and gardens, capitals and cherubs that adorn the faรงades of churches and monasteries. At the end of the visit 

      proceed to Ragusa, check in in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

      Breakfast in the hotel and visit of Ragusa Ibla with its beautiful churches and the Ibleo garden. Then proceed to Modica, to admire its many baroque style treasures, always declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. To end the visit, stop to taste the typical products of the area. Departure to Piazza Armerina and visit the splendid Villa Romana del Casale, a building from the late imperial period and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Transfer to the hotel in Agrigento. Dinner and accommodation.

  • Day 4 Day 4: (Tuesday): Agrigento - Marsala - Salt Road - Palermo

      Day 4: (Tuesday): Agrigento - Marsala - Salt Road - Palermo

      Breakfast in the hotel and visit of the famous Valley of the Temples, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Giunone, Concordia and Ercole temples can be admired. Departure for Marsala, that preserves a multitude of signs of the Phoenician, Arab and Norman dominations.at the end of the visit a wine tasting to enjoy the typical local wine. Proceed to the famous Via del Sale. The lagoon and the islands of Stagnone constitute a large nature reserve of enormous environmental value. Even today the salt marshes represent one of the oldest salt mining industries in the world. In the evening, arrival in Palermo, check-in at the hotel and an overnight stay.

      Breakfast in the hotel and departure to visit Monreale, with its impressive Arab-Norman Cathedral and stunning Cloister. Return to Palermo. This city preserves monuments of the Arab-Norman period, including the beautiful Cathedral, the fascinating Byzantine Church of the Martorana and the Palatine Chapel, a higher example from the historical-artistic point of view of the coexistence between cultures and religions. Along the visit stop for a food surprise in a local bakery. Overnight stay.

      After breakfast, private transfer to the port of Trapani to depart by hydrofoil to "the big butterfly on the sea": Favignana, capital and largest island of the Egadi archipelago. Free afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

      In the morning, depart from the port of Favignana to take a boat tour of the island: youโ€™ll discover interesting historical facts about the Tonnara Establishment and the Florio family, stopping at the most beautiful and evocative coves. The first stop will be at Cala Rossa, whose cliffs consist of splendid tuff quarries surrounded by a crystal-clear turquoise sea. Next you will reach Bue Marino and Cala Azzurra with its white sandy beach and the most transparent sea on the island-and Lido Burrone, where you will have time for a dip. You will then enjoy a relaxing break for a typical lunch aboard the boat once you reach the south side of the island (Marasolo/ Preveto). There will also be time for snorkeling or swimming to discover the picturesque cove. In the afternoon we return to Favignana, after a swim stop at Cala Rotonda with good coffee pastries, but not before a last swim at Cala del 

      Pozzo. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

      After breakfast enjoy the day at leisure to get lost and discover the wonders of this beautiful island. You can stroll between the two town squares, letting yourself be captured by the traditional Mediterranean architecture characterized by white plaster and blue or green windows. But it is toward the waterfront that you will be confronted with an enchanted scenery similar to a painting: the small port of Favignana shows all its wonders of fishing nets, boats and anchors. Water lovers can take a dip in the sea in one of the splendid "creeks" offered by the island or, alternatively, choose to take an optional boat trip to Levanzo, a small fishing village where you can have a taste of granitas or homemade ice cream. Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
