Where does the experience start? Will you pick me up at the airport or hotel?

The experience begins in La Paz, Baja California Sur. Upon arrival at La Paz International Airport (LAP) a representative will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel.

Are there any medical or vaccination requirements?

Currently there are no mandatory vaccinations for visiting Mexico, however we suggest that you check directly with the embassy for all travel information.

What happens if I get sick or injured during the trip and I can&#x27;t go on?

It is always important to have travel insurance. During your experience it is essential to notify your guide immediately of any situation so that he/she can assist you in case of an emergency. The guides are certified to attend any emergency, the boat has first aid kits. If necessary, the necessary protocol for transfer to a private hospital is carried out.

What currency do you recommend I bring? Where can I change?

The currency used in Mexico is the Mexican Peso ($, MXN). We recommend you to change to the local currency before arriving in the country. It is also possible to bring USD and change upon arrival in the country. Some commercial establishments accept international credit and debit cards, so we recommend that you always have some cash.

Does not include international flights, travel insurance, food and beverages not mentioned, tips, other personal expenses. We recommend bringing about $70 USD per day for general expenses.

The groups are between 04  to about 12  people approximately.

Do I have free time during the activities of the experience?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the day, once the scheduled activities are over, you will generally be able to enjoy free time to relax and take pictures. This time will be announced by the guide at the beginning of your experience.

After the scheduled activities you can get to know your fellow travelers better, explore the area and enjoy the nature around you. 
In La Paz you can visit the boardwalk, visit the beach, enjoy a delicious meal at a restaurant, have a refreshing drink at a bar, do activities such as diving, boat rides, among others.
Consult your guide for more information about the places you can visit. Activities and visits during free time are not included.

If meals are included, what&#x27;s the menu going to be like?

This experience includes 04 breakfasts, 03 lunches and 03 dinners. Cocktails and appetizers. 
Breakfast: Eggs to taste, quesadillas, hot cakes, chilaquiles, fruits, coffee, tea, chocolate, etc.
Lunches: Vegetable soups, salads, fish dishes, chicken, etc.
Dinner: Fish tacos, grilled meat, different chicken or fish dishes, etc.

Meal options can vary from $10 to $40 USD. We recommend bringing a daily total of approximately $30 USD.

This experience includes comfortable and central accommodation in La Paz: Hotel Posada Luna Sol (03 estrellas) or similar - Double private room. Camping in Candelero Bay: Private double occupancy tent. NOTE: Hotels are subject to change without prior notice upon arrival, you can request more information or confirmation via Chat directly to your guide 1 week prior to your arrival.

Of course you can travel alone, but you must add a mandatory single supplement. If you do not wish to pay the extra you must select one of the following starting dates during 2021: December 12.

Accepted Answer

The minimum recommended age for this adventure is 4 years old. Minors must always be accompanied by 2 adults (+18). 
The experience is recommended for people up to 90 years old who are in good physical condition.

For this experience, the departure and return are in La Paz. If you wish to take additional nights in these cities, consult with your guide through the traveler&#x27;s chat within your session, to know which are the best options.

Wifi is available in the hotels provided. You can buy a sim card when you arrive in the country to keep in touch.

The common voltage in Mexico is 120V with a frequency of 60 Hz. The plugs have two flat pins type A and B. Colombian travelers do not need an adapter.

The first day begins exclusively for arrival in La Paz and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel is at 14:00 hrs.

The last day of your experience is exclusively to return to La Paz and take the flight back home. It is estimated to arrive in the city at approximately 10:00 hrs, however the weather situation may cause a delay so we recommend booking flights departing after 14:00 hrs.

The experience is recommended to people with an average physical condition, there are no extreme or demanding activities.

To visit Mexico it is not necessary to have travel insurance, however, we recommend to have a complete medical insurance that covers any kind of emergency, also covering any eventuality such as delay or cancellation of flights.

Do I need any special equipment? What kind of clothing do I need?

Walking shoes, comfortable clothes for warm weather, bathing suit, sandals, towel, sunglasses, hat or cap, biodegradable sunscreen.

It is recommended to take a small suitcase, only with the necessary things. We also recommend a small bag or backpack to carry during the day.

Do I need a visa to enter the country?

It is necessary to check directly with your country&#x27;s embassy to confirm if there are any visa requirements for visiting Mexico. This will depend on your nationality. It is also important that the passport has at least six months validity from the return of the trip.
