      When you leave Basel, follow the bicycle markings to the north, parallel to the Rhine. You will reach Mรผllheim, where you can visit the Markgrรคfler Museum and the church of St. Martin with its 14th century frescoes. From Mรผllheim, Badenweiler is very easy to reach: its castle and Roman thermal remains are worth a detour.

Finally, reach Colmar, the capital of Alsatian wines.
