  • Day 1 Day 1: Jro Airport - Arusha Town
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Jro Airport - Arusha Town

      You will be collected from the airport and transferred to your hotel in Arusha (45 minutes depending on traffic jam). Depending on your arrival time, you will have an opportunity to explore the hotel grounds, go for a dip in the swimming pool or partake in any of the offered additional activities available. Accommodation: Kibo Palace Hotel or similar

  • Day 2 Day 2: Arusha Town - Tarangire Np

      Day 2: Arusha Town - Tarangire Np

      Our tour sets off after breakfast, with the first stop being the town of Arusha for some last minute purchases, before we head off on an exciting safari experienceโ€ฆ We will travel towards the Tarangire National Park, where we stop for lunch and afterwards, our first game drive of the safari! Tarangire National Park is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the centre of the annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephant, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebra. Accommodation: Tarangire Simba Lodge or similar

  • Day 3 Day 3: Tarangire Np - Lake Manyara Np

      Day 3: Tarangire Np - Lake Manyara Np

      After breakfast, We head towards Lake Manyara National Park for an early morning game drive. The spectacular national park is located at the north-western corner of Lake Manyara, a hallow soda lake, which lies at the foot of the Great Rift Valleyโ€™s western escarpment. Manyara NP is not only known for its large flocks of flamingos, but also for the elusive tree climbing lions. Accommodation: Karatu Simba Lodge or Similar

  • Day 4 Day 4: Lake Manyara Np - Serengeti Np

      Day 4: Lake Manyara Np - Serengeti Np

      Our journey starts shortly after breakfast with a scenic drive up the Rift Valley escarpment to Serengeti National Park. You will be crossing Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority and we make a brief stop at Olduvai Gorge and the museum (Option) which documents the discovery of 1.8 million year old human-like fossils. Thereafter we head for the Serengeti National Park, game driving along the way to the lodge. Accommodation: Serengeti Simba Lodge or similar

  • Day 5 Day 5: Serengeti National Park

      Day 5: Serengeti National Park

      An early start sees us heading out after breakfast for a game drive in the magnificent Serengeti National Park. With a picnic lunch provided, we will go ahead with game drives throughout the afternoon in the endless plains spotting many animals and truly realizing just why this National Park is so famous. In the late afternoon we drive back to the lodge for an overnight. Accommodation: Serengeti Simba Lodge or similar

  • Day 6 Day 6: Serengeti National Park

      Day 6: Serengeti National Park

      Enjoy a full day of game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is renowned for its annual wildebeest migration and large predator population. From February to May, a herd of over a million wildebeest (gnu) migrate for the Western Corridor of the park, in search of greener pastures. The Serengetiโ€™s other animal attractions include lion, leopard, zebra, Thompson gazelle, impala, Grantโ€™s gazelle and buffalo. Most of the park is open swathes of grassland, broken by isolated granite kopjes (hills) and patches of acacias woodlands. Accommodation: Serengeti Simba Lodge or similar

  • Day 7 Day 7: Serengeti Np - Ngorongoro Crater

      Day 7: Serengeti Np - Ngorongoro Crater

      We take an early breakfast at the camp and then head to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. On arrival we go through the registration process and descend to the floor of the worldโ€™s largest unbroken caldera for the most wonderful day of game viewing. We will have lunch at the designated picnic site at the side of the hippo pool and continue with a game drive as we drive up the crater rim for overnight. Accommodation: Karatu Lodge or similar

  • Day 8 Day 8: Ngorongoro Ncaa - Kilimanjaro International Airport
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 8: Ngorongoro Ncaa - Kilimanjaro International Airport

      After breakfast we explore the colourful town of Mto-wa-Mbu for some last minute pictures and curio shopping. Afterwards we head to Arusha where the tour will end at our offices. We hope to welcome you again on one of our African adventures!
