      Today is sure to be one of the highlights of your tripโ€ฆAlbuquerqueโ€™s International Balloon Fiesta. Join in the excitement of this annual hot air ballooning extravaganza. This is your chance to experience one of the worldโ€™s most photographed events. Watch as the balloons launch in one of the most spectacular displays of sound and color in all of aviation. Then, get to know your fellow travelers during a welcome lunch at one of Albuquerqueโ€™s local restaurants. This afternoon, visit the gateway to the 19 Pueblos of New Mexico at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. See the ever-changing galleries that highlight local and national Native American artists. With a focus on Pueblo artists, the center strives to preserve their culture.

      This morning, head back to Fiesta Park to witness another exciting hot air balloon ascension. Later, learn about New Mexicoโ€™s fascinating history as a hub for covert military projects at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. A docent will take you on an intriguing journey that includes details of the Manhattan Project. Then, enjoy some time in Old Town to explore the wonderful shops and restaurants. Tonight, return to the fiesta grounds to experience the grandeur of the Balloon Fiesta by moonlight. The breathtaking event of balloons lit from within at night is known as โ€œBalloon Glow.โ€ There will be plenty of time to stroll the grounds, shop for a memorable Balloon Fiesta souvenir or grab a bite to eat.

      Today we set out for Santa Fe. Known as the City Different, Santa Fe is overflowing with art, culture, and wonderful cuisine. Once in Santa Fe, enjoy time on your own for lunch followed by a visit to the New Mexico Museum of Art. Perhaps youโ€™ll explore the museumโ€™s historic building to view work that focuses on the southwest, such as the art of Georgia Oโ€™Keeffe. Tonight, enjoy a reception at the hotel.

      This morning, visit the Miraculous Staircase at the Loretto Chapel. Then, today is yours to explore Santa Fe independently. With so much to see and do in this Southwestern city, perhaps you will make your way to Canyon Road, a half mile stroll with more than a hundred galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. This evening, a special treat awaits at the Santa Fe School of Cooking. Itโ€™s your favorite cooking show come to life as you watch an expert chef create a delicious meal before your eyes. Everything is made with a Southwest theme and is simply delightful.
