Itinerary

Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Selous game reserve

Pass By: Selous Game Reserve, Tanzania
Morning pickup from the airport or hotel in Dar es salaam then start drive to Selous game reserve 6 hours drive. You will be taking you lunch during the journey, arrive in late afternoon in Selous check-in the camp take a short break then leave for evening boat trip and overnight at African safari camp or Jimbiza camp.

Day 2: Selous game drive

Pass By: Selous Game Reserve, Tanzania
After breakfast in the morning with your lunch boxes enjoy full day game inside the game reserve, great animal sightings including all the great favorites lion, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and all the other major species like hunting dogs and birds in the afternoon after lunch then proceed with the game drive until evening and overnight at the African safari camp/Jimbiza camp.

Day 3: Selous to Mikumi national park

Pass By: Mikumi National Park, A7, Tanzania
After breakfast with your lunch boxes drive to Mikumi National Park 7 hours driving, arrive late afternoon/evening with en route game drive in Mikumi national park you will able to see zebras, impala, giraffe and elephants and dinner overnight at Mikumi safari lodge/ Tanswiss lodge.

Day 4: Mikumi game drive

Pass By: Mikumi National Park, A7, Tanzania
After breakfast from with packed lunches drive for full day game drive in Mikumi national park, during evening return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Mikumi safari lodge/ Tanswiss lodge

When you are in Mikumi you will be able to see wide variety of bird species, zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impala, warthog, eland antelope, giraffe, buffalo and elephants.

Day 5: Hiking and waterfalls activites to Udzungwa

Pass By: Udzungwa Mountains National Park, Kidayi, Tanzania
After breakfast from the lodge take 2 hours drive to Udzungwa mountains national park, upon arrival you will be taken with professional ranger/guide and take few hours hike to Sanje waterfalls, take bath if you will like, learn more about monkeys and birds. Return to Mikumi during evening for dinner and overnight at Tanswiss lodge/ Mikumi safari lodge.

Day 6: Mikumi to Ruaha national park

Pass By: Ruaha National Park, Iringa Tanzania
After breakfast with lunch boxes via Iringa town, you will be passing though country side and have nice scenery and beautiful valleys, upon arrive you would drive to Isimila stone age to learn more about the origin of mankind and their tools used, then drive to Ruaha hilltop lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Ruaha game drive

Pass By: Ruaha National Park, Iringa Tanzania
After breakfast from lodge enjoy a full day game drive with packed lunch provided, nice view of Ruaha river valley, great animals sightings like Kudu, wildebeests, elephants, zebra, lions, hippos, hartebeest, impala, antelope, giraffe, buffalo and many of them overnight at Ruaha hilltop lodge.

Day 8: Ruaha game drive

Pass By: Ruaha National Park, Iringa Tanzania
After breakfast from the lodge drive to the park for the game drive with packed lunches. Enjoy game drive inside the park with the great chance to see many animals like Impala, Buffaloes and many more. Take your lunch in afternoon. Later during evening drive to Ruaha hilltop lodge for dinner and overnight
