Insurance

Travel insurance. Having travel insurance is mandatory for participation in our trips.   • Day 1 Day 1: Arusha To Serengeti National Park

      Day 1: Arusha To Serengeti National Park

      Youโ€™ll have a morning drive to Serengeti National Park, for an afternoon game drive with packed lunch. Over the next two days, we will plunge ourselves deep into the heart of this famous migration corridor.

      With its wide-open spaces, bright blue skies, and creature-filled landscape, we will discover why the fabled Serengeti typifies the dream of โ€œOld Africaโ€. A large pride of lions laze in the tall grasses; families of elephants feed on acacia bark and trumpet to each other across the plains; while giraffes, gazelles, monkeys, eland, and the whole range of African wildlife present themselves in awe-inspiring numbers. Your overnight stay will be at Seronera Campsite.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Serengeti National Park

      Day 2: Serengeti National Park

      After breakfast this morning, enjoy an amazing game drive. The great diversity of Serengeti wildlife is evident hereโ€”look for buffalo, hippopotamus, elephant, giraffe, antelope, Thompsonโ€™s and Grantโ€™s gazelle, and lions. If you are there during the spectacular wildebeest migration, you will be more than astonished. In the late afternoon, we will venture out in another game drive.

      There are animals everywhere! Monkeys, birds and look closely, you will be thrilled to see the huge jungle catsโ€”lion, leopard, and cheetahโ€”watching the world go by. There are animals in the trees, flying, camouflaged in the bush, in rivers, and in streams. This is the adventure of a lifetime! Your overnight stay will be at Seronera Campsite.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Ngorongoro Tanzania

      Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater.

      After breakfast in the am, youโ€™ll go for a game drive in Serengeti National Park with your picnic lunch until noon, to see the beauty of this great park. In the afternoon after lunch, have a game en route to Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and your overnight stay at Simba Campsite.


  • Day 4 Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

      Ngorongoro โ€“  Nainokanoka campsite.

      After breakfast, depart with your picnic lunch box and descend into the Ngorongoro crater for little game drives for 2 hours, thereafter drive Nainokanoka. Have a short walk to Maasai villages, and then back to the camp for dinner and overnight.


  • Day 5 Day 5: Olmoti Cratere

      Walking into Olmoti crater + Embakai crater / Embakai campsite.

      In the morning soon after breakfast with your lunch walk to Olmoti crater, there you will enjoy viewing birds thereafter drive to Embakai camp via Bulati. Here you will see different species of animals such as gazelle, zebra, and others. On this same day descend to Embakai crater where you will be able to see some flamingos, antelopes, and as well buffalos. Then ascend to the crater rim of Embakai for hot lunch, dinner, and overnight.


  • Day 6 Day 6: Walking Into Naiyobi / Accacia Campsite.

      After breakfast with your picnic lunch boxes walk to Naiyobi camp. You will be able to see Maasai village and if the sky is clear you will be able to see Mt Oldonyo le Ngai .dinner and overnight at Naiyobi (Chini ya mti). Here the walk takes 4 to 5 hours to reach the camp which is Naiyobi campsite.



  • Day 7 Day 7: Walking Into Pembe Ya Swala โ€“ Lake Natron.

      After breakfast start to walk to pembe ya swala where you will be picked up by car to World views camp. On the way, youโ€™ll see Maasai villages, the lake, and some birds. After lunch walk to the waterfalls, here you can swim if you like, and back to the camp for a rest.  Just after midnight a short drive to the mountain base where the trekking to the Oldonyo Lengai active volcano mountain starts it is approximately 6-8 hours and get back before the sun rises as it is very hot during the day get back to camp for full breakfast and the rest for a while at the camp.


  • Day 8 Day 8: Bird Watching & Flamingo Lake Walk.

      Bird Watching & Flamingo Lake Walk. 

      The lesser flamingo feed on algae found in soda lakes but they choose to breed at Lake Natron almost exclusively. Approximately 75% of the worldโ€™s lesser flamingos are born at Lake Natron. The best times to view these amazing birds are either at sunrise or sunset when the heat isnโ€™t so ferocious. 

      Within the concession area, you can walk to the hominid footprints where researchers have cataloged rare finds of well-preserved human footprints left in the mud between 5,000 and 19,000 years ago. No other site in Africa has as many ancient Homo sapiens footprints, making it a treasure trove for scientists trying to learn the story of mankindโ€™s earliest days.
