Day 1: El Calafate
Pass By: El Calafate Airport, Santa Cruz Province, Argentina
Upon arrival at El Calafate Airport, youโll be taken to your hotel (shared service).
Stop At: El Calafate, El Calafate, Province of Santa Cruz, Patagonia
After check-in, you have the rest of the day free to explore local shops and restaurants around town, or venture outside El Calafate to surrounding areas like Laguna Nimez, where youโll see a beautiful sunset (the front desk personnel at your hotel can give you information on transportation, hiking and more).

Day 2: El Calafate - Full-Day Glaciar Sur Adventure
Stop At: Parque Nacional Los Glaciares, Avenida Del Libertador 1302, El Calafate Z9405AHY Argentina
Today, you will be picked up at your hotel in the early morning to go visit the southern landscape of Los Glaciares National Park, a little known area and completely off the beaten path. The journey goes through route 15 (an old route of estancias) towards Roca Lake located inside Los Glaciares National Park and 60 km away from El Calafate.

Close to Nibepo Aike ranch house, you will embark on a semi-rigid boat to navigate through the south arm of the Argentine Lake. Once youโve reached the southernmost end of the lake, you will disembark to enter an unexplored site, only accessible by foot. After walking through the Lenga forest you will arrive at Frias Lake, from where you will embark again to cross to the opposite shore in a motorized zodiac boat
Pass By: Glaciar Grande, El Calafate, Santa Cruz, Argentina
Once ashore, you will take a hike to Big Glacier. On that walk, you will access a glacier valley with exposed glacier evidence and later on the Amphitheater of the Glaciers. There, you will be able to enjoy lunch with a view of Grande, Dickson and Cubo Glaciers. After lunch at this wonderful place, you will make your way back through the same hiking trails and boats that were previously used. You will get back to your hotel in the evening. Notes: Hiking difficulty is moderate. The hike includes nearly 6 hours of walking.
Important: Minimum age for this tour is: 12 y/o. People over the age of 65 must present a medical authorization and their participation on this activity will be subject to our guides evaluation.

Day 3: El Calafate - Full Day Glaciar Sur Pioneros
Stop At: Estancia Nibepo Aike, Santa Cruz, Argentina
Upon arrival of the guide and group to Nibepo Aike Estancia, you will all enjoyed a shearing demonstration. Then, you will enjoy a delicious traditional Patagonian lamb with salad accompanied by excellent wines and a dulce de leche crรชpe for a dessert.

After lunch, you will sail through the Argentine Lake to disembark at Playa de las Monedas, from where you will start walking for about 40 minutes. As you continue walking through the lenga forest, you will arrive at an exclusive viewpoint that only a few get to access: a rocky beach with incredible glacier views! Afterwards, you will embark again to sail by the south face of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
Pass By: Pasarelas Perito Moreno, Parque Nacional Los Glaciares, El Calafate 9405 Argentina
Upon disembarkation, you will head to the walkways of the National Park that showcase the glacier from different angles. After enjoying some breathtaking views from the walkways for about an hour, you will be taken to your hotel in El Calafate.

Day 4: Transfer from El Calafate to El Chalten & Hiking to Laguna de los Tres
Stop At: Road to El Chalten, El Chalten Argentina
Enjoy your breakfast before an early pick you up at your hotel at about 7 am. After a 3-hour scenic drive surrounded by the Patagonian steppe you will reach your destination (shared service). Upon arrival to El Chalten, you will meet your guide at our local supplierโs office and will be taken to Hosteria El Pilar around noon time.

Stop At: Glaciar Piedras Blancas, El Chalten Argentina
From El Pilar, you will hike for about 1 hour to reach the viewpoint of Piedras Blancas Glacier.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Laguna de los Tres, Los Glaciares National Park Argentina
From there, you will continue to Blanco River to begin an uphill hike of about 2hrs to Laguna de los Tres. From there, you will be able to admire the beautiful scenery of this marvelous place in Patagonia. After a 2-hour descend, you will have a 15min walk from Blanco River to the camping area. You will spend the night at Poincenot campsite located in a wild area and hidden from the mass. It has tents for 2 people with sleeping bag and insulation mat, and a shared latrine toilet. Dinner will be held in the dining dome with benches. It includes appetizers that are usually hot soups, main dishes such as risotto with chicken and mushrooms or Ternerita with rosemary potatoes or vegetable panache, and desserts such as chocolate mousse and coffee. This day you will walk about 15 km. Please note that the lunch will be a box lunch (on both days of this hiking)

Day 5: Hiking to Laguna Madre e Hija & Cerro Torre, plus return transfer back to El Calafate
Stop At: Sendero Laguna Madre E Hija, El Chalten Argentina
After breakfast (breakfast consists of infusions, bread, cookies, sweet jams and scrambled eggs), you will hike through the path of the Laguna Madre e Hija (mother and daughter lagoon) and you will arrive at Torre lagoon near noon.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Laguna Torre, Parque Nacional Los Glaciares, El Chalten Argentina
Once you reach Torre Lagoon (if the weather permits) you will be able to see the legendary Cerro Torre with its needles Egger and Stanghardt.
Duration: 4 hours
Stop At: El Chalten, El Chalten, Province of Santa Cruz, Patagonia
You will get back to El Chalten at around 5pm to take a shared transfer back to El Calafate. This day you will walk about 20 km. After check-in at your hotel in El Calafate, you will have the rest of the evening to kick-back and relax. Note: walking times are estimated
