About experience

Enjoyย a five-day snowmobile tour through the enchanting landscape of Nasafjรคll and Vindelfjรคll, the largest natural reserve in Europe. During the tour we cross the Arctic Circle several times. The tour alternates between vast ice sheets and quiet sections in the mountains. The route takes us close to the Norwegian border. In fine weather we take excursions to the peaks of the surrounding mountains.ย The exact route depends on the weather and snow conditions and can only be determined shortly before departure. For this reason it is also possible to change the route during the journey.ย Accommodation is in comfortable hotels and lodges along the route.
In stable weather conditions the journey is not difficult.ย In the highlands strong winds can impede the ride, especially after fresh snow the track holding is not very easy. Avalanche prone slopes willย be avoided in any case. Participants should be able to drive a snowmobile for several hours.ย A driving time of 6-7 hours must be counted, including breaks. Difficult terrain does not occur but individual sections with appropriate snow conditions can be demanding.ย Previous experience is not necessary.ย
