      Individual arrival and meeting of the group to get acquainted. Opportunity to do last shopping before the canoe trip. Overnight stay at the hotel in Whitehorse.

      Days 2-10: Teslin River Canoe Tour

      After thorough instruction on how to handle the canoes by the tour guide, we spend exciting and varied days in the wilderness of the southern Yukon. First on the Teslin and later on the Yukon River, we cover a total of about 370 kilometers with the canoes. It never gets boring and there is something new to discover behind every bend in the river. A brisk current drives us forward and there are good opportunities here in the clear waters of the Teslin to fish for Nordic grayling and for Northern Pikes, as the pikes are called here. The area along the Teslin River is also considered particularly wild. The chances of getting bears or elks in front of the camera are correspondingly good here on the river. Everywhere, we still encounter relics and remnants of the glorious old gold-digging and trapper era in the Yukon today.

      Day 10: Carmacks โ€” Whitehorse

      Our river tour and wilderness adventure will end in Carmacks. The Maxivan takes you back to Whitehorse via the Klondike Highway. Overnight at the tour hotel in Whitehorse.

      Transfer to the airport or planning of the further individual program. (As this is an expedition style trip, changes in itinerary are possible at short notice and are at the discretion of the guide).
