Weโll travel to Ha Long Bay, where weโll cruise the emerald green waters surrounded by limestone mountains. Weโll jump into kayaks to explore before our the evening on the overnight boat.

Day 13: TUK TUKS & HISTORY
Stop At: Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh
Today will start with a tuk tuk
tour through the colourful, busy streets of Phnom Penh, where youโll get a glimpse into how local people go about their daily routines. Weโll then
pay a visit to two locations that played a pivotal role in Cambodiaโs sad and troubled history - the S21 Prison, and the Killing Fields. The stories and history youโll learn here will be difficult, however also necessary to understand Cambodiaโs past, including the brutal reign of the Khmer Rouge. This evening, dinner, drinks and a night out Phnom Penh style are on the agenda.

Swapping city streets for laid back country roads, today weโll travel to the peaceful countryside province of Kampot. After settling in to our cosy traditional guesthouse nestled right by the river, this afternoon weโll travel by kayak, weaving slowly down the river whilst soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

Day 15: PEPPER PLANTATION & COOKING CLASS
Stop At: Krong Kampot, Cambodia
Fun fact - Kampot is famed for producing some of the best pepper in the world. Weโll be putting that theory to the test this morning as we visit a pepper plantation, then pop in to a local market to source fresh ingredients for our Cambodian cooking class. This afternoon itโs then time for the big cook off as we learn how to make some of Cambodiaโs most iconic dishes, before heading out on the river for a chilled out sunset cruise.

Day 16: HELLO PARADISE

Never had Cambodia down as much of a beach destination? Just wait until you get to Koh Rong. Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in all the country, weโll travel by bus and fast ferry to reach this paradisiacal island, where weโll be checking in to traditional Khmer style treehouse beach bungalows on arrival. This afternoon, feel yourself slipping in to island time as you laze on the beach, beer in hand.

Day 17: SNORKELLING ADVENTURE
Stop At: Koh Rong, Koh Rong, Koh Kong Province
Itโs all aboard a private long tail boat this morning as we head out to uncover some of the islandโs best snorkel spots. Expect to find yourself chilling out on secluded beaches, or exploring the colourful underwater world as you swim with tropical fish. This eveningโs sunset back at our beach bungalows will be the perfect end to another ridiculously awesome day together.

Day 18: BEACH MASSAGE & OVERNIGHT BUS

Waking up to one last morning in Koh Rong, weโve got something special in store in the form of a traditional Khmer massage. Weโll then catch the ferry back to the mainland for dinner before boarding a overnight bus bound for Siem Reap. With fully reclining beds and air con, this is bus travelling in style.

Saving the best for last, todayโs the day youโll get to cast eyes on one of the 7 Ancient Wonders of the World. Built in the first half of the 12th century, Angkor Wat is one of the oldest and largest temples in the world. Weโll explore the site and learn the history with a Local Guide, and maybe even reenact our favourite Tomb Raider scenes as we visit Ta Prohm, a temple that featured in the movie. In the afternoon we'll go on a locally guided walking tour of Siem Reap.
