      In the morning at 07h30 we leave Victoria Falls and head for the worlds famous Hwange National Park - Zimbabweโ€™s largest and best known game reserve, which is home to 400 bird species and 105 species of mammals including the โ€˜Big Fiveโ€™. Once the royal hunting grounds to the Ndebele warrior-king Mzilikazi, Hwange was set aside as a National Park in 1929. The park covers an area of over 14,600 sq km and is particularly known for its elephant populations and it is concentrated with lots of animal species and amazing Bird life. Overnight at Miombo Safari Lodge.

      We leave Hwange National Park in the morning 10h00 and drive south to Bulawayo, Zimbabweโ€™s second city. This afternoon is yours at leisure to explore the city. Bulawayo is a pleasant city with broad tree lined avenues and wide open spaces. There is a fascinating National History Museum, which recounts much of Zimbabweโ€™s traditional and colonial past; also near the Old Town Hall is a vibrant curio market that you can explore and try your bartering skills if you see a bargain. The curio markets also have a wide array of handicrafts and artwork that are on display made by skillful local craftsmen and woman. 


  • Day 6 Day 6: Bulawayo/Matopos National Park -

      Matopos National Park is located a short distance outside of Bulawayo. The wind-sculptured Matopos Hills are the site of numerous Bushman paintings and the area holds a special culture and spiritual importance to the indigenous people. In the morning we will be picked up by knowledgeable guides that will take us to this beautiful National Park to embark on our game drive and provided the conditions are right we can view the game by foot as this reserve has the largest concentration of Black and White Rhino.

      Leaving Matopo we head east of the country to a small town of Masvingo. Nearby is one of the most important archaeological sites in Southern Africa: the Great Zimbabwe National monument. Once a home to an indigenous population of some 10,000 people dating back to 1200AD, the area holds special significance to the country which took its name from.

      In the morning we drive off to Nyanga for 400 km 4hr 30 minutes drive. Nyanga is resort town also forms part of the Eastern Highlands mountain range. With its quality fishing opportunities and exceptional golf courses, mountain hikes and holiday resort. Nyanga is a place of great natural beauty with a great choice of activities. Nyanga is known not for its wildlife but rather for its verdant scenery, crystal clear streams and the countryโ€™s highest mountain and waterfall.

      Day 9: Inyanga โ€“ Gweru Antelope

      Located on Zimbabweโ€™s central plateau; we pass through the town of Gweru and make camp at the Antelope Park Private Game Reserve. This is home to numerous antelope as well as zebra and giraffe. Here we have opportunity to try various (optional) activities including game drives, (or walks), elephant back riding, river cruise, horse riding or even try โ€™Walking with the Lionsโ€™ where you will โ€™join the prideโ€™ and venture out into the bush with several 6-18 month old lion cubs. Walk where they walk and go where they go; enjoy their play and exploration of their world - a real African experience!

      Today in the morning we start early morning drive connecting Gweru and Bulawayo .We will drive through some plantations and take in mind that this will be long drive without much to explore into except some Birding along the way in to Bulawayo.

      This morning we leave Bulawayo and drive past Nyamandlovu through to Hwange / We have short stop in Hwange for Painted Dogs viewing and a chance on Wattle birds as we proceed our trip to Victoria Falls for an overnight at Shearwater Village Explorer Village  for following day Chobe , Savuti Safari with guide Tony

      In the morning 07h30 you say Fare well to your Guide Sissa as we proceed to the next Chapter of great adventure in Africa in to Botswana Chobe National Park .We will drive to the border with Botswana. After border formalities do short distance to Kasane in to Chobe National park camping day 1. Activities of the day are a Morning Game drive and Lunch then Afternoon Boat Cruise along Chobe National Park, following the Chobe River. Chobe is renowned for its huge herds of elephants that migrate between Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe and the Okavango Delta.

      Tour leaves in the morning for Savuti - Accessible by 4x4 wheel drive only, Arrival pitch tenting a start with a slow afternoon at leisure and relax for the following day thick game drive in the morning and afternoon game search on a drive to view all animal species mostly including the Giant mammal โ€“African Elephant and many more. On these game drives nothing is more than guaranteed but yes a good chance of seeing all is available. The splendid trip one is allowed to take a camera and a video for wildlife shots.

      Arrive in Vic Falls for Shearwater Explorer Lodge overnight and have a relaxed afternoon, have optional dinner spots like 3 Monkeys, Mama Africa. Following day falls repeat Tour and Lookout Cafรฉ noon breeze and shopping thereafter. Other optional available are Dinner Cruise, Village Tours, half day Fishing, Micro light etc
