We highly suggest getting a travel and medical insurance that covers any inconvenient related to accidents and flights. If you get injured while travelling, you would probably have to pay an expensive bill (not having insurance).

You need winter clothes (hat, gloves, and snow boots)

What size of backpack or suitcase do you recommend to take?

We suggest travelling light, a luggage of no more than 10-20 kgs.

Are there any medical or vaccination requirements?

Canada does not require any type of vaccine to enter the country, however it is advisable to have routine vaccines, including tetanus, typhoid, chickenpox, hepatitis A and B. Regarding COVID vaccination requirements, it is necessary to consult prior to your trip. as requirements are constantly changing.

What happens if I get sick or injured on the trip and can't continue?

During your experience it is essential to notify your guide as soon as possible of any discomfort or eventuality that occurs, so they can assist you and give you the necessary support. It is highly recommended to have medical insurance with international coverage.

If the experience is in groups, what size are the groups?

It will depend a lot on your travel date, groups can be from 2 to 30 people.

The price of the food varies depending on the dish and place, you can find well-served meals between $1 and $50 CAD.

What happens if I travel alone? It's possible?

Of course you can travel alone, you must pay the 1-1 rate, thus guaranteeing a private room just for you (it is not possible to share a room if you are not traveling with someone).

Will I have internet and/or telephone coverage, as well as Wifi?

Wifi is available in the planned hotels. For coverage on your cell phone you can purchase a chip upon arrival in the country or check the international plans from your country of origin. Some telephone plans include Canada in their services, we recommend that you review your plan before traveling.

What time can I arrive for day 1?

The flight from Guadalajara International Airport GDL and to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is included. It usually leaves on Friday and you can arrive on Friday night or Saturday morning. Upon arrival in Vancouver you will receive the arrival transfer and your room will be ready for you to check in at the time you arrive. What physical condition do I need to complete this experience?

During the experience you have some activities that require very little physical effort, however it is advisable to be in good physical condition since you will stay active and visit different places.

What is the flight schedule?

Ask your sales representative or costumer support for the specific times of your departure, as these may vary. The route, date and times of your flights will be uploaded into your reservation no later than 7 days before starting your experience. It is possible to receive last minute schedule changes according to the airline. Remember that flights to the final destination can depart between 1 and 2 days before the start date of the experience, and return between 1 and 2 days after the end date of the experience.

How will I get my plane tickets?

Airline tickets are charged directly to your reservation up to 1 week before your departure. Check your reservation and email.

The rest of the day will be free for you to rest and explore the city on your own.
Your arrival transfer will be coordinated according to your flight's arrival time, and your accommodation (in the downtown area) will be ready for check-in. The transportation will wait for you at the airport upon your flight's landing. If there are any changes or delays from the airline, or if there are delays in receiving your luggage, you must contact the emergency number. If you fail to notify, the transfer to the hotel will be your responsibility, and you'll need to take a taxi from the airport.

Today we will enjoy the Vancouver City Tour (included).
We begin the tour through Yaletown, the modern and vibrant neighborhood, to move on to Chinatown, the largest in Canada. A few minutes away, we arrive at the charming Gastown, with an original steam clock. The Alaska cruise terminal, Canada Place, has become a symbol of the city with its white roof in the shape of five sails. The Olympic Cauldron is also located there. A few minutes from the port we arrive at Stanley Park, the largest municipal park in the country, offering us a wonderful view of the bay, the city and the Coastal Mountains. At the exit of the park we can see the English Bay beach, following the walk to the Burrard Bridge. Concluding our visit, we will enter Granville Island with its local crafts and the maritime atmosphere in the small marina.

Wake up in Whitehorse, a small but cozy city that you can easily explore.
In the morning, you can have breakfast at one of its establishments to recharge your energy for the city tour you'll have in the afternoon.
During the tour, you delve into the history of the north, visit the Visitor Centre where you learn about the different regions of the Yukon Territory. You also visit the SS Klondike, a famous paddlewheel ship used during the gold rush, Fish Ladder, and Skyscraper.
Note: Optionally, you can include a visit to the Yukon Wildlife Preserve as well as the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs (only for ages 18 and above).
