      Stop 1: Canada Place

      Canada Place is an iconic landmark and venue for world-class events and inspirationally Canadian experiences, located in the heart of Vancouverโ€™s waterfront. Canada Place is the home port to the Vancouver-Alaska cruises, and houses Vancouver Convention Centre East, Pan Pacific Hotel, FlyOver Canada, World Trade Centre, and Indigo. 

      Stop 2: Gastown

      Gastown is one of Vancouverโ€™s most vibrant and unique areas. As the first downtown core of the city, the neighbourhood has transitioned into a centre of innovation and truly memorable experiences, for locals and tourists alike, while maintaining a strong connection to its history. 

      Stop 3: Steam Clock

      A working steam clock, one of only a few in the world, located in Vancouverโ€™s Victorian Gastown. The clock is a key tourist destination in Vancouver. Itโ€™s also near the start and finish line of the Gastown Grand Prix, a single-day cycling race. 

      Stop 4: Chinatown

      One of Vancouverโ€™s few distinct cultural historic neighbourhoods, Chinatown appeals to locals, and tourists, as well as a growing number of emerging chefs, artists, and small business entrepreneurs.       Stop 5: Granville Island

      The charm of Granville Island lies in its unexpected mix of uses. The famous Public Market, open daily from 9 am to 7 pm, is home to more than 50 independent food purveyors and contributes to the Islandโ€™s appeal as a renowned culinary destination. In the Net Loft Shops and the Artisan District, many of Canadaโ€™s best artists and designers can be found.       Stop 6: Queen Elizabeth Park

      Queen Elizabeth Park, Vancouverโ€™s horticultural jewel, is a major draw for floral display enthusiasts and view-seekers and is a popular backdrop for wedding photos. At 125 m above sea level, itโ€™s the highest point in Vancouver and makes for spectacular views of the park, city, and mountains on the North Shore.

      Stop 7: Sasquatch Statue

      While visiting the town of Harrison Hots Springs, be sure to look out for the multiple statues of the Sasquatch. Placed throughout the town are different wooden carvings that are statues of the infamous Sasquatch.

      Stop 1: Harrison Hot Springs

      Begin your day with a soothing dip or a leisurely soak in the rejuvenating Harrison Hot Springs. The therapeutic waters offer a perfect start for your journey back to Vancouver. Take your time to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.


      Stop 2: Bridal Falls

      As you leave Harrison, make your way to Bridal Falls, a stunning natural attraction. This waterfall, cascading gracefully down the rocks, is a picturesque stop for a short hike or some scenic photographs. Enjoy the beauty of this natural wonder.


      Stop 3: White Rock

      White Rock, city, southwestern British Columbia, Canada. It lies just southeast of Vancouver on the northern shore of Semiahmoo Bay, at the entrance to the Strait of Georgia. The city is named for a large white rock that, according to an Indian legend, was thrown across the water from Vancouver Island (to the west) by a sea godโ€™s son. 

      White Rock is a charming seaside community, and itโ€™s an excellent place to explore. Stroll along its scenic streets, visit local shops, and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. You might also want to grab a bite at one of the local eateries.


      Stop 4: White Rock Pier

      The 470-metre-long White Rock Pier is a major attraction in White Rock, and is a destination filled with family memories, walks on the beach and fish and chips. This unique wood construction was built in 1914 and underwent restoration in 1977. In December 2018, it was torn in half during a winter storm and was repaired in time for a summer reopening in 2019.


      Stop 5: 1001 Steps

      Although there are not really 1001 steps, there are a lot! The zigzag of steps takes you down 40 metres to a pathway that parallels the Burlington North rail line. About 200 metres along the trail youโ€™ll find an underpass that provides access to the beach. The pathway and steps offer amazing ocean views, with opportunities for viewing harbour seals and other wildlife.


      Stop 6: Vancouver

      Return to Vancouver, concluding your enriching two-day journey through the landscapes and landmarks of British Columbia.
